What a remarkable store. You walk in and can smell the smoked produce and if you weren't hungry, you will be. Everything is smoked in house behind the shop area over a fire of apple, cherry, hickory or sweet maple woods. There is a board on the left listing all their homemade sausages from all around the world as well as hams and other items. We bought some kielbasa, Canadian bacon and breakfast sausages.
