“Once a week I get to visit the Little Truc and it is always one of the highlights. The ambience of the restaurant is quite delightful, it’s a nice relaxed setting that makes it very easy to enjoy a meal. Over my times there, I believe I’ve tried every menu on the drink and all of them have been fantastic. The Sophia‘s sour is one of the best adult beverages I’ve had. The passion fruit meshes perfectly with the Mezcal. The food. The food. My goodness there are no words that could do justice to how incredible the flavors are. The menu has come constant dishes, the milk bread is a favorite of anyone I’ve brought, but keep the menu very fresh with lots of new choices. Their current special of pad horapa neua gae is quite possibly the best dish in the world. Their current special texture of the lamb is balanced by a spice that is the definition of perfection. It’s a spice that’ll build slowly and just right. I’ll order this dish once a week until they take it off their menu. This is the best restaurant in Western Massachusetts, and so far, in the entire state.”

“My husband and I are from upstate New York and came here with a relative from the Massachusetts area for our first time. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, which was just the beginning of a more than exceptional experience. The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.”

“I love coming here to support this business solely because i have read that they do not use seed oils, which is very important to me. Overall it is enjoyable and the outdoor seating is cute. It gets crowded quickly. I do think the food needs more seasoning and the portions are slightly on the smaller side, but it tastes authentic and i will be returning.”

If you're at THCC and trying to find food this place slaps. And they have slices if you can't decide on a menu item. And it's very close you can walk. It took us less than 5 minutes to walk here.

“The Easthampton Diner is the best Restaurant in the world. Not only is Easthampton the best town in the world, but this sweet heart diner is placed perfectly next to the Mountain View. My family and I frequent the diner for our morning brunch. We walk to the park after and obviously stop to see the pond. THE EASTHAMPTON DINER HAS SO MUCH TO OFFER. The menu fits every occasion and person. If you are gluten free they have chili, grilled chicken, salad, baked potatoes, steak, etc. Their cooks are handsome, dedicated, god fearing men. They take such good care of me and always accommodate my requests. The servers are the real heart of the diner. Their personalities are what makes going to the diner so special. It is not uncommon to see one of the servers with a regular. You can really tell because they create friendships with them. Crystal is my favorite. She is a hardworking mother. We have such good conversations. She is like a sister to. me at this point. Grace is a kindhearted, generous, sweet girl. The diner's owner Ahmet is honest. He works hard at the dine. When he sees me he comes over to talk. His family is from Turkey and they are wonderful people. He always makes sure things are just right for his customers. The aesthetic of the diner is perfect. Home town diner. Nothing more, nothing less. The lamp shades are gorgeous Tiffany glass flower chandeliers. The booths offer that homey diner feel. The menu also offers the classics. Any eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc. you could want for breakfast items. And I am not kidding you when I say that isn't even like half. For lunch and dinner it's anything you could want. Burgers and fries with a shake? Spaghetti and meatballs with a salad and wine? Ok, do you want garlic break with that? That's why I say this place is the heart of it's town. The Easthampton Diner has great staff, a welcoming and friendly boss, and a satisfying and stimulating menu.”

“Love this place, high quality food made fresh to order, staff is always super friendly welcoming and accommodating. Big portions of great food that are budget friendly. I live in ct are regularly drive 45 min just to eat there. I mean where else can you really get real food these days where nothing comes frozen off a truck or pre made and get a massive helping for cheap. Got a huge appetite and I've never left hungry.”

“I have lived in Easthampton for 17 long years and have watched this town grow from a small town to a vibrant community filled with diversity, art and our proud rich culture. While I haven’t ate Burger King prior to the covid era i remember the atmosphere of the restaurant being a colorful environment with many places to sit and enjoy your lunch like a lone king. One topic is the prices of Burger King, before covid the deals were so unbelievable nobody even believed that the meat was from a real cow. Current prices are so expensive you would think they would be making these burgers with Kobe beef. Even with that being said, i do go to burger king quite often despite the fact of the food quality being on par with other restaurants in the area. So you may be reading this and think to yourself why i spend my hard earned money going to Burger King.

It’s not the food, it’s not the atmosphere, it’s the people. When you pull into the driveway Easthampton Burger King i can be confident i will be treated with respect, dignity and loyalty. I always leave the establishment with a smile on my face knowing i am never judged, looked down upon or deemed as an unequal.

I would like to acknowledge one specific employee, Connor. Connor has been working here for over 2 years if i believe. Connor treats each and every customer with respect and I can tell you this without a doubt in my mind i never have to worry about not getting the wrong food, not getting enough ketchup packets when Connor is on shift. He is kind, and clearly a proud and loyal human being to the Easthampton Community. He is an incredible worker who I, am also in the service industry try my best to replicate in my job. Connor is a role model to all those he serves and works with.

I want to end this short essay by saying, i wish these employees were fairly compensated by Burger King. I know the economy is not as great as it could be but i do know if you could fairly compensate these amazing employees, other workers will be inspired and work towards achieving laborious excellence. More outstanding employees will bring in more business and we would love to see everyone there with a livable wage.”
