Had a great meal with friends. Good value: for 4 people with apps, entrees and desserts we spent less than $225, which felt like a steal! Good portions and executed well...Wonderful tofu salad, Deviled Eggs, and truffle fries. I had the Braised short ribs that you could eat for days (and it took me days to eat!), the salmon special was also loved. We've followed Chef Casey since the Apollo Grill days. Galaxy is our go to restaurant for a night out. We are never disappointed! The braised short ribs are amazing! Desserts are delicious - tonight's choices were the pumpkin praline tart and the mocha pot de creme, but having had the chocolate mousse many times I'd highly recommend that as well. This is a quirky place. Very limited menu. There are only 6 dinner choices plus an additional couple specials. It wasn't easy to find something for everyone but the food we chose was excellent.
