We had reservations for Valentines Day and weren't dissapointed! The food was excellent, especially the roast duck. The service was a bit slow but it was a busy that night.

This is a quirky place. Very limited menu. There are only 6 dinner choices plus an additional couple specials. It wasn't easy to find something for everyone but the food we chose was excellent. We had fried chicken and biscuit and the dumplings for apps. Both were very good. I ended up with the braised short ribs with a fried potato cake. It was really delicious. The potato was outstanding!! My husband had crab cakes and roasted potatoes, which he enjoyed. The wait staff were great. Super friendly and they were all dressed cute with space buns in their hair. They definitely enhanced the experience. I wouldn't rush back just because there aren't enough choices but the food is quality and what we had we really enjoyed.

Had a great meal with friends. Good value: for 4 people with apps, entrees and desserts we spent less than $225, which felt like a steal! Good portions and executed well...Wonderful tofu salad, Deviled Eggs, and truffle fries. I had the Braised short ribs that you could eat for days (and it took me days to eat!), the salmon special was also loved. We were pleasantly surprised by the largest Mocha del Pot on the planet....I would give a higher rating BUT for waiting over 25 minutes to be seated when we had a reservation, the resturant was a big cold- so much that we had to put jackets on our legs, and the room can be quite loud. But don't let that stop you, we will be going back.

We've followed Chef Casey since the Apollo Grill days. Galaxy is our go to restaurant for a night out. We are never disappointed! The braised short ribs are amazing! Desserts are delicious - tonight's choices were the pumpkin praline tart and the mocha pot de creme, but having had the chocolate mousse many times I'd highly recommend that as well. The service was just right - appropriately attentive without being intrusive. Easthampton is lucky to have Galaxy in town!Parking: We've never had issues finding parking.

They serve good cocktails but the food falls short. There was a long way to be seated as we did not get reservations before. Probably the wait was not worth it, the chicken sandwich was good but the special which had undercooked/ charred broccoli which had an unappealing taste.

We have been going to Galaxy for years, it’s my favorite restaurant in the area by far. The chef is definitely experienced, there is usually a variety of different cultural foods. Food ranges from fried chicken, to kabobs, Asian inspired dishes etc. Tonight I got the fettuccini special with clams bacon and kale, the pasta was made from scratch. The roasted tomatoes made the sauce amazing. My wife got the short ribs which we’ve had a few times. This place always cooks vegetables so perfectly, the green beans were cooked just right and seasoned well. Galaxy does a deviled egg of the day, they are always good and 5$ for two eggs halved, we got a Caesar salad and two drinks. The drinks are always great but by far the best part of the restaurant is the service. We’ve had the same servers for years, you never wait for water, check ins, or anything. The place has a quirky look and is always clean. This is my go to restaurant for my birthday or other special occasions. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Vegan options and lots of vegetarian options or seafood

Great service. I like the mid mod ambiance. The food is inventive and delicious! Easthampton is convenient to downtown Northampton too.

My husband and I ate here and we absolutely loved everything we had. We had the watermelon feta salad off of the specials menu and it was top-notch. My husband enjoyed his steak- "it was cooked perfectly"-- and I had the mushroom medley which was one of the best things I have ever eaten.

I was worried with their advertised "no substitutions or modifications" that I would have trouble as a vegetarian and my five-year old as a picky eater, but I found them to be pleasantly accommodating (e.g. could remove the soppressata from the flatbread). The food was delicious and filling, if pricey. The service was good. We'll be back.

The first quality meal I’ve had in New England (I’m originally from NJ). Fantastic food, great service, awesome drinks. They actually know how to season food unlike every other place I’ve eaten

Galaxy is a noisy, tacky dive with a limited menu of overpriced and pretentious mediocre food cooked by its rude, delusional owner.

Not many options if you're picky or have allergies. No substitutions. I get it, but it's mediocre and frustrating if you can't have food prepared in a way that conforms to what is needed with allergies... Which in this case, we did. Especially at the price point. Really 2.5 stars, but I rounded up.

Food is good, not spectacular. Lots of extraneous sauces and seasonings that don't do a good job of covering that the food is "fine" but not great. Outdoor patio is nice, when open.
