The customer service was terrific, the food received rave reviews and the price point was equivalent to the quality of the food. They were accommodating and really easy to do business with. “Just tried this place for the first time, so many delicious… looking options, it was hard to choose! I ended up going with the Veggie Havarti, and it did not disappoint. Betsy was incredibly sweet and personable, which made the experience even better. The food and the lemonade were delicious. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Thank you so kindly!“

“The food wasn't full of wildly harmfull elements like mercury, which was convenient. I also almost got ran over, which was mildly eventful. Whatever, nobody wants to have fun in society anymore. Overall an intrinsically adequate experience. People were chill, cold even. Next time I hope they fix there mariachi band, as they are stuck on kpop mode.“

“Absolutely love their milkshakes! My family will only order their pizza since we've moved to Chicopee and we have tried a few other places. Always the right amount of cheese and sauce and always fresh and hot! Also I'm celiac so I always order their gluten free pizza! They have been a life saver as to me being able to enjoy a delicious pizza that won't hurt me!!!! Love this place and staff is always so pleasant“

“Panera is a known quantity. The food is decent. A few observations.
-If you order on the screen, it tells you to pick up your self service drink cup and get started while you are waiting. You won't see the cup until your order is ready.
-The feta cheese in every feta containing item is the low quality cow's milk feta. Fortunately you won't get so much of it that it becomes offensive. (said by someone who truly does not care for domestic feta and loves the real sheep/goat-milk genuine feta)“

“My husband and I are from upstate New York and came here with a relative from the Massachusetts area for our first time. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, which was just the beginning of a more than exceptional experience. The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.“
