I went yesterday and seen 2 flies on the scones. I definitely won't get the pastries there. Another time before that I had a hair in my soup. On the up sidethe food tastes good but way to expensive. A cup of chicken noodle soup is about $6 that's ridiculous . A cup of shrimp Mac and cheese is almost $13. The employees seem so miserable too.
Stopped for lunch with a friend. I ordered the New Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt (toasted baguette). It looked so good on a commercial I had watched. As I was waiting at the pickup counter, there were 5 employees laughing and joking. One making the food and the other 4 doing nothing. I think the girl making my sandwich was engaging to much with the other 4 because this sandwich was bad, and I don't mean good. The food is delicious and is prepared quickly. Their bakery items are great, especially their bagels and desserts. The atmosphere is also very nice and this Panera has good customer service. The prices are a bit steep for the food, and the portions are relatively small for the cost. Despite this, this Panera is a great location that I would recommend.
