I've never gotten bad food from them, ever(which is truly saying something because I go there and order from there quite often 10/10. Try the broccoli bites?Vegetarian options: Many options that are vegetarian as well as many that can be customized to be vegetarian as well.Dietary restrictions: They are very understanding of many restrictions for everything from diabetics to vegans and ate happy to accommodate wherever possible.Parking: Ample parking to accommodate restaurant size.Kid-friendliness: Staff is very kid friendly, seems as though they are parents and grand parents themselves. “Don't let the unassuming plaza fool you. This is easily the best Thai spot in the Pioneer Valley. I ordered the country style pad thai with chicken, which I was happy to see on the menu. By the way, the menu was refreshingly short and sweet, consisting of just two pages with both standard Thai restaurant in America dishes and others which I had never seen before. The pad thai was flavorful and above all tasted fresh! The ground peanuts were fresh! The lime was fresh! The chicken was fresh! Biting into that chicken really floored me. It was still tender and tasted like chicken should. The pad thai wasn't too oily either. In some ways it was simple but the care was obvious. Usually I don't say much about restaurant service as I'm there for the food more than anything, but the staff were wonderful! It was such a pleasant change of pace to feel welcomed and looked after at a restaurant. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more of the menu.“
“It seems that they changed the menu and the ingredients of the dishes. We ordered Shrimp Scampi and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. The dishes are really good. The service is fast. The only exception is that the place is crowded and noisy. It's hard to listen to our conversations.“
“A great place to go to when you’re looking for a quick, nutritious meal. We usually dine-in on our way north to Vermont for ski weekends or when we are in the area for errands. We always build our own bowls and pile on the veggies sky high alongside mango flavored coconut water from the fridge. Vegan friendly so that’s an extra plus too!Vegetarian options: Veg options are pretty self evident and their dressings are clearly labeled. While tofu is the only blatant veg protein, you can also pile on the edamame for more protein.“

The prices are a bit steep for the food, and the portions are relatively small for the cost. Despite this, this Panera is a great location that I would recommend.“

“As I was visiting my cousin and we ate at this remarkable restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and totally affordable! ? I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. However, the food was way too good to mess up such greatness! I hope they'll have waitresses with a better quality of service soon. “Fantastic shop serving high-quality food with a friendly vibe. It was hard to choose from the sandwich options. I had The Devil Made Me Do It (egg salad with bacon and pickles) because it's something I wouldn't make for myself at home. It was delicious! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich and he loved it. We also shared the caramel bread pudding. We will definitely be back again. I can't wait to try the other options.“

Meaty , sauced and cooked perfectly and had that crispy exterior that makes wings go from good to great . Friendly bartender suggested the wings and who also made a great expresso martini ! “WOW, NGL I bought a tub of dill cream cheese to share with the family. Ended up wolfing it down with a spoon 3 minutes after purchase, turned my bowel movements to a Jackson Pollock.
