Pillowy soft, delicious and amazing flavor lineup that changes all the time with the season, holidays, and just for fun (but there's always some faithful flavors available all the time)! I shop only vegan due to dietary restrictions, and this place labels their flavors, so it's easy to navigate my allergy restrictions if I hop on their site before ordering in store. Plus, I can order LARGE orders online ahead of time for my whole office and it's easy pickup on my way to work! My office bagel buddies say the cream cheese special flavors here are crazy awesome, and the bagels themselves are top competitor with NY bagels - Kudos, Comfort Bagel!! Oh, and did i mention their bagel sandwiches? 😱“

“This Dunkin' located in a food court on the campus of Springfield College always gets my order down perfect and fast. Small hot coffee with cream for a mere $2.19!! Delicious Dunkin' Original Blend at a price no comparable place can beat (Starbucks sucks!!!!). I will keep coming back for sure.“

“I buy some of the best coffee I’ve ever had here. Whole beans by the pound and they’ll grind it for you if you’d like. Prices are fair especially for the quality you’re getting. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their in house coffees are great too.“
