Not a very friendly place. More like a Wendy’s.. For top service go to the Chicopee Chick-fil -A.The Boston road should send their employers their for training.. I was very disappointed 😔 I Love Chick-fil-A but this location is not clean at all and it literally just opened. My chicken sandwich was burnt and waffle fries were cold and all the tables were dirty and it took forever to get our food. So definitely sticking to the one in Chicopee, sorry!
I find the food at Chick-fil-A on Boston road in Springfield is better than the Chicopee store. The salads are fuller and the chicken sandwich buns are not crumbly like Chicopee. Also, every time I ask ask for a ice water Chicopee gave me a tiny little kids cups of water but Boston road will give me a large ice water for free.
