You can place a mobile through order but it takes longer than ordering while there. Slow service, employees are not friendly at all. I will keep going to Chicopee or Enfield.
I was very disappointed 😔 I Love Chick-fil-A but this location is not clean at all and it literally just opened. My chicken sandwich was burnt and waffle fries were cold and all the tables were dirty and it took forever to get our food. So definitely sticking to the one in Chicopee, sorry!
