Terrible service. Reminded myself why I don’t go to Agawam Friendlys. Picked up an online order and the the entire staff almost goes out of their way to ignore you. Waitress finally asks me why I was waiting and acts like was bothering her. I’ve come to expect this kind of service when I go to this location…. Sad. If you enjoy Friendlys drive to any other location than this one. Unless you like an empty resteraunt with a 45 minute wait. One star is too generous
Pretty sad when you go to friendlys &you are told there is no coffee available, then you can't order tea cause there is no creamers either. There is literally a piece chopper in walking distance less than 1 mile and the manager refuses to go get stock. Go to call corporate office /lol noone picks up there. Such wistful cursive service! Would give a zero if I could!!!!
