“The food was good, although I wish they hadn't lathered my rice plate with damn near a bottle of sauce without asking if I wanted extra sauce. I ordered a falafel rice plate, a slice of pie, along with chicken tenders and fries.

As with most places in Springfield, customer service was mid. I don't get why so many of these cashiers are so miserable. People need to understand that they need the customer to return in order to keep the lights on. It's not hard to be a friendly face and to voluntarily offer that the food will take some time. It took 15-20 minutes to get my food. I would've rated this place a 2 but the food at this price is very good.“

Got serviced by an amazing lady at drive thru, around 5:20 pm yesterday (July 22,2025) she definitely made my day, the way she handle a lil problem I had, the way she talked to me and everything was just perfect, and the food was AMAZING. “I was very disappointed 😔 I Love Chick-fil-A but this location is not clean at all and it literally just opened. My chicken sandwich was burnt and waffle fries were cold and all the tables were dirty and it took forever to get our food. So definitely sticking to the one in Chicopee, sorry!“
