“I picked up 50 pieces of fried chicken for a work party and it was a huge hit. The service was great and the chicken was awesome. Very flavorful and crispy. I didn’t eat in the restaurant so I can’t comment on the dining atmosphere but it did appear very clean and I would absolutely come back to try other things from the menu.“

“I’ve gone to multiple KFC and this one is my favorite KFC location. Food is always on point, they never mess up my order, and I’m always greeted when I come here. Rosemary who works there is my favorite worker there, she already knows me by my name and what I want lol“

“I was very disappointed 😔 I Love Chick-fil-A but this location is not clean at all and it literally just opened. My chicken sandwich was burnt and waffle fries were cold and all the tables were dirty and it took forever to get our food. So definitely sticking to the one in Chicopee, sorry!“

“My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!“
