“I have eaten here maybe a dozen times and I am always very happy with the food and service. The employees are especially good. They are always kind, and give happy vibes which makes the experience that much better. I have enjoyed the sandwiches, salads, and soups. The salads are especially good compared to similar restaurants like Panera. I recommend the black and blue sandwich.“
“So we ordered a pizza today from Gigi's. Called it in in advance because of football today and we wanted to make sure we could get it at the time we get out of work. The pizza (Italian Garlic) was made on time and was nice and hot and the pizza was the best pizza we have had in a long time. We had fresh tomatoes and fresh vegetables on it. It was delicious. Had just the right amount of crust breading. I don't think the reviews do this place justice. if I could give this place more than a 5 stars I would definately do it. It was definately 8 out of 5.“
“Best Eggplant grinder in Westfield. Great costumer service . Delivery driver is so friendly and always calls then they arrive . Never had any issues with this place . Also the veggie Quesadilla is delicious .. this place is great for lunch, dinner or quick bite . Will be back !! .“
“I stop here every time I'm in Agawam/Feeding Hills area. The soups, salads and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! Friendly staff and fair prices in a clean comfortable restaurant. Dine in or take out for a quick delicious meal. Highly recommend“
“Beat pizza in west Springfield hands down. Staff is always very nice. I've never gotten bad food from them, ever(which is truly saying something because I go there and order from there quite often 10/10. Try the broccoli bites?Vegetarian options: Many options that are vegetarian as well as many that can be customized to be vegetarian as well.Dietary restrictions: They are very understanding of many restrictions for everything from diabetics to vegans and ate happy to accommodate wherever possible.Parking: Ample parking to accommodate restaurant size.Kid-friendliness: Staff is very kid friendly, seems as though they are parents and grand parents themselves. They feel like family more than just some employees.Wheelchair accessibility: Totally wheelchair accessible at pretty much every table doors and walkways are completely clear and pose no problems for a wheelchair or any other mobility issue or disability.“
“WOW, NGL I bought a tub of dill cream cheese to share with the family. Ended up wolfing it down with a spoon 3 minutes after purchase, turned my bowel movements to a Jackson Pollock. Was 100% worth every bite. You might want to judge me, and thats fine... but do it after you try that life changing cream cheese.“
“Was looking for a change of food so decided to try Michael's. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Mississippi and The Soprano pizza. It was super fresh and delicious. Garlic on the pizza was perfect and the cream sauce on the pasta had just enough kick! Definitely ordering again!“

“Don't let the unassuming plaza fool you. This is easily the best Thai spot in the Pioneer Valley. I ordered the country style pad thai with chicken, which I was happy to see on the menu. By the way, the menu was refreshingly short and sweet, consisting of just two pages with both standard Thai restaurant in America dishes and others which I had never seen before. The pad thai was flavorful and above all tasted fresh! The ground peanuts were fresh! The lime was fresh! The chicken was fresh! Biting into that chicken really floored me. It was still tender and tasted like chicken should. The pad thai wasn't too oily either. In some ways it was simple but the care was obvious. Usually I don't say much about restaurant service as I'm there for the food more than anything, but the staff were wonderful! It was such a pleasant change of pace to feel welcomed and looked after at a restaurant. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more of the menu.“
“Best place for lunch in Westfield! The staff are all kind and efficient, and the building is very cozy inside. The corn chowder is AMAZING!!!! The prices are great too & portions are generous. Also great coffee! I’d recommend this place to everyone!!“
