The Easthampton Diner is the best Restaurant in the world. Not only is Easthampton the best town in the world, but this sweet heart diner is placed perfectly next to the Mountain View.
My family and I frequent the diner for our morning brunch. We walk to the park after and obviously stop to see the pond.

It was so good
Three stars feels mean, but four would feel dishonest. No complaints about the service, always great, and the atmosphere is classic diner.
My only issue is it can be a little hit or miss. Things like chicken parmigiana and some of the standard sandwiches and breakfasts are great diner comfort food, but with other stuff sometimes it’s just off.
