“Very busy on a Friday early evening, parking challenging as their lot was full at 5:30, and side streets are mostly one way, but that's Holyoke. Service was exemplary - everything came out quickly. My companion had striped bass, a special, and said it was wonderful . I had the short rib which was outstanding despite a bit of fat, which is to be expected. Fried oysters great, flourless chocolate torte very good. Good selection of wine by the glass, and unusually generous pour. Atmosphere lively, pretty loud in the bar area, but nonetheless fun.So nice to have a place like this in downtown. Will return for sure.”

“We cannot say enough great things about The Log Cabin! We had our wedding there at the Upper Vista last month and everything was absolutely perfect. Nicole was so helpful and attentive to us throughout the entire experience of planning and especially last minute prep and organizing. You truly can tell how experienced she is through her knowledge and ability to help keep you calm and navigate any situation. We also had an amazing day-of coordinator, Jim, who went above and beyond for us. All of the staff were so pleasant, extremely attentive and they made sure everything ran smoothly and was just as we wanted it. The guests have not stopped raving about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the entire venue was. We're attaching some photos here to show just how beautiful the view is (our wedding day was 10/21/23). Highly recommend everything about The Log Cabin!”

“Excellent fresh ingredients. Had pork schnitzel well balanced flavor the rib my wife had was excellent also.we had the cauliflower appetizer it was fried in fresh neutral tasting oil with a chilly dipping sauce.It was well balanced for the heat lover and spice sensitive person.”

“Good beer and a cool little tasting area near the brewery (a block over). The tasting room is not open yet but I was pleasantly surprised by the beer and beer garden area. The employees were cool and helpful and I had one of the best hot dogs I've enjoyed in a while there.”

“Based on mixed reviews we were unsure what to expect but were pleased with our meals. We chose baked fish dinners with rice or potatoes and zucchini. Delicious...everything was cooked perfectly, the zucchini wasn't over cooked and mushy and our meals were nice and hot when brought to the table. This isn't a fancy place... it's clean, simple and good ole down home cooking. Reasonable prices and nice staff.”

“The smoothie's are good here plus fairly priced .The wait is not long because the line moves fast .They have a good selection of smoothie's that are all a healthy choice. I felt re-energized after I finished drinking the smoothie.”
