“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.“

“Randy be doing his thang on them sandwiches, controlling the environment, crowd control, and supporting directing and assisting his fellow coworkers to get the sandwichs done in a timely manner. I watched him go through 20 people and push sandwiches as fast as he can. He definitely needs to raise or to be some type of supervisor shout out to Randy.“

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“

She has baked me fresh cookies when there was none readily available. As well as when she makes my subs, they're always carefully packed, and look picturesque. “The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“
