I didn't get her name but it just made my day being served by a professional and very courteous employee. I was there at around 9:30a.m. today. When a person is genuinely courteous and professional you know it.“

“For a while this Subway was not doing great but hasn't recently they've hit their stride again every time I've come here recently it's all been good I mean I know Subway but all things considered everyone is doing a good job and they have cookies here finally so that's a bonus and they have spinach back another bonus can't really complain!“

“Cashed and line cooks were very welcoming, I come here all the time and my grinders are always perfect, employees all look happy. Tables are always clean, bathrooms as well. Service is fast. My favorite locationKid-friendliness: Cashier was very patient with my 6 year old son. We are working on his social skills and the Cashier and the line cook listened carefully to every detail. Making the perfect grinder just as he requested. Thank you so much. Happy child equals a Happy Mother.Parking: Well light , Wide open spaces and Plenty of parking spaces. “Now THAT was a roast beef sandwich !!The 2 cheesey sauces created an amazing flavor. The meat was fresh & seasoned well, the fresh baked bread roll was soft & nicely textured.I wish there were a couple more central locations around so I could get this more often !“
“Tandem bagel is absolutely delicious! Perfect and delectable bagels with a ton of flavor. They’re huge and always well made. They’re warm and crispy, and are just incredible. Tandem’s bagels and wraps are absolutely packed with toppings, and are super high quality. My personal favorite is the Asiago bagel, with the cheese complementing the bagel perfectly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Moreover, the bagels are relatively cheap for the quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area who wants to check it out!“
“This is one of my absolute favorite places for lunch. I love their chicken salad and my most favorite is their chocolate cake. I have been trying to be good and not spend money but I tell you it's hard when you really want to slice of cake. I would definitely recommend. The sandwiches are fresh. The workers are very friendly. It is just an amazing comfortable place to go to for lunch. I have never dined in I've always gotten my lunch to go looking forward to a dining one day.“
“Today was my first visit to the Westfield location as I'm closer to the West Springfield one. I picked up a chicken salad wrap and some Cucumber ranch (my favorite) pasta salad. The register/order taker was very pleasant and efficient. The only issue I had was that the chicken salad was slightly on the dryer side, and the woman even mentioned to me that that was the case (I appreciated the openness and honesty). I have never had an issue with anything I have ever purchased from there. The food is always fresh and out fairly quickly, depending of course on the time of the day. To be fair, they are super busy at lunchtime (West Springfield location). Their prices are fairly reasonable. Both locations have do seating areas.“
