“On the way to a vacation in Cape Cod, we stopped at a different location of this restaurant for lobster rolls. On the way back, we stopped at their Ludlow rest-stop location on the Mass Pike. Although I love their lobster roll, I decided to try something different. I ordered the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, onion, and hot pepper relish. I also took advantage of the offer of adding chips and a bottled soft drink for a very reasonable upcharge. The tuna salad was made using white albacore tuna and, with the fresh toppings, it was delicious. The roll was also a step up from the normal sub roll. As a final note, the service was excellent.“

“I haven't been to this location for a couple of years. When I went in, I was hoping that they'd still have their BBQ Rib grinder. Unfortunately, it had been discontinued. Abby behind the counter was quick to make suggestions for me to try to find something closest to that flavor. When I was still trying to figure out what I wanted, a couple of customers had come in. Abby was very engaged with her customers and you could see that she put a lot of thought into creating a great sandwich and ensuring a wonderful customer experience. Finally, it was my turn and I received the same outstanding service. I was very pleased and left with a smile and a tasty sandwich. I want management to know that Abby is genuine, warm and truly does care about her customers. She is truly an asset to the store and to the entire company. I'll be back very soon :)“

“I have always loved Richards! Recently i ordered a catering order -30 sandwiches with chips, drinks, cookies the whole 9. I chose to pick up and they helped me load my car, we’re super friendly, and everyone absolutely loved the sandwiches! Shortly after i left, they called saying they had forgotten to give us our water. I didn’t have time to go back, so I suggested that they just credit me. Instead, they went above and beyond and delivered the waters to the conference I was hosting!!!! Highly recommend“

“An absolute hidden local gem of a place. Had a craving for a good soup and sandwich and was so torn on the choices as they all sounded amazing. Went with the cheeseburger chowder and broccoli cheese two top sellers (and can see why). Both were out of this world with flavor! The BLT was the cherry on top! “Originally went to Chipotle but saw the line was practically out of the door so went to Hot Table instead across the street, got a good panini and clam chowder for a good price. Service was excellent with no waiting in line. Must recommend to anyone for a quick bite.“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“I always go to this subway since it's closest to my house and the service is always good, the place is always clean and my sandwiches is always bomb!!! However the management team needs SERIOUS training! They are unprofessional, unorganized, inconsistent and it honestly sucks because alot of their employees have left because of this!! Parking is sometimes tough, but they have a parking lot across the street and sometimes you get lucky with off-street parking! Honestly prefer ordering ahead and picking up on way to work. “The cleanest, fastest, greatest workers of any subway I have been to! They always know my order and they have it prepared and handed directly to me from my online order. There’s a lot of foot traffic which tells you a lot. The customer service is fantastic! They are properly trained, and can tell they care about their work, it shows in the quality of the food. ?“

“It's a very clean fast food place . Everything they do is on point from washing hand putting gloves on and starting our sandwiches with fresh and clean lettuces & tomatoes . Omg the cookies are delicious . Not all subways are the same. But this one here from coworkers to the food are great. ?%“

“They're always nice when we go there. We're in there a lot so it's always a great time catching up with them.

Parking: It's in a gas station so there's parking, it just depends on the time of day. It is a prime spot for the mini school busses so you'll always see them during school hours. Just be prepared to park weird or wait for some of them to leave.“

“The people who work at the Subway Restaurant on Saint James boulevard in Springfield, MA we're bomb! Friendly and professional. Helpful and made me and my family feel welcome. They are also open late which is super convenient because I have had at least 3 incidents at the Subway on Sumner Ave in Forest Park, Springfield; Where I get there 5-6min before they are supposed to close and yet their door is already locked and the employee won't even look up... Smh so not only is it already locked up but the sign in the window still says open and right there printed on the glass door are the hours of operation but the person inside won't even look up and indicate that they are closed because they know they are wrong for doing that to people! This happens alot at this location it's so unprofessional. I'm all set with them I won't return...“
