“I love this restaurant, it has amazing and healthy sandwiches along with great tasting acai bowls and iced tea. They also serve coffee and some pastry including muffins, croissants and donuts. This restaurant also serves breakfast and salads
Parking: A few spots, in the parking lot. But the gym it's attached too has plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: The menu has sandwiches and smoothies, they also have AMAZING acai bowls.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is in a gym which is accessible by wheelchair and the other entrance from the outside is wheelchair accessible too“

“Shoutout to Leo and Randy and Kassidy. They all served up my sandwhiches efficiently, Leo was ontop of my order, and made tipping very easy. I got Original Italian mikes way, with Mike’s sauce. That man deserves more money for his time, if the owner sees this; give him a raise!! I am truly blown away by all the good vibes in this fine establishment.“

Every time I visit, I notice how hard each employee works to make every customer happy. Ashley greets me with a warm smile every time I come in, and she remembers my name! “3 above 80 year old ladies, visited Hot Table for lunch July 16. So fortunate to have Ethan guides us through the menu and choices from start to finish!! An awesome employee! Made a table check to see if we were OK. Brought us 3 take home boxes. Thanks from we 3 Ethan. You’re the best.“

“We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.“

“I wanted to come and write a review because this was the best experience I have had at a Subway in a long time. I didn’t catch his name but a gentleman with tattoos helped me out and was quick, extremely nice and when I went outside to eat, he brought me a glass of ice water! What a guy- thanks for the conversation and great sandwich.“
“I ordered online, a very simple blt with extra ranch.
When I got there a lovely lady greeted me warmly and complimented my hair! Great.
When I got home I saw my sandwich wrapped so cleanly and gently along with a side of extra ranch, just incase (IYKYK)
I could taste the love in this BLT.

“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.“

“Upon arrival notice that restaurant was clean , customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Eric and Mason , Eric took my order correctly and was kind. Manager Omar and Betty prepared my food and it was to my satisfaction! I come here at least 2 to 3 times a week and there always friendly, polite and always get my order right.“
