I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot right outside of the restaurant.
Every time I've gone in its been very clean both in the lobby and food prep area. Service is personable and kind. They move fast but also take their time with you to make it just how you want it. The only thing is they ran out of my favorite tea and said sometimes they don't get everything they order so they couldn't refill it. So seems like the ordering process needs a little work?

I’m not sure if Subways was simply having a bad day or had the wrong employee but I was disappointed. The staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there and the sandwich was poor quality. I expect more from a popular sandwich franchise.
