I love this Mcd and I've been to many from NY to Guam! Service is good, food is great and the employees always treat me with respect and kindness..! Yes, I would recommend this McDonald's a bright spot in Holyoke, Ma.
This place needs some serious management. We were the only people in there and there were 6 staff in the kitchen just literally shouting at each other and messing around. The Manager was able to get me a custom order. Great customer service. The Hello Kitty Godzilla mash-up is great!

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The service can be fast and accurate, with friendly staff, but can also be slow at times. The food is generally fresh and hot, though the quality of hot beverages can be inconsistent. The restaurant itself is bright and spacious, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom, and a convenient location with private parking. While the majority of customer experiences are positive, there have been instances of order mix-ups, which is understandable given the high volume of customers they serve both in-store and through the drive-thru. Overall, McDonald's provides a convenient dining option with a generally satisfactory level of service and food quality.
