The incessant beeps from the kitchen echo throughout the entire restaurant creating the most insufferable annoying atmosphere coupled with long wait times and poorly blended milk shakes. You've been warned x_x Having said that, the workers are all very nice and good humans, who seem to be doing their best, just stressed and under staffed. None of the above issues mentioned are they're fault. ? I can't stress how plentiful and annoying the beeping from the kitchen is. No one in their right mind would ever want to dine-in in an atmosphere like that, many tables unfortunately were sticky too.

Arrived at 11pm with a mobile order and it's supposed to be open till 12. Lights still on inside and workers working. No one greeted me on the intercom. Another two cars pulled up in the other lane and they didn't get greeted either. We all waited for about 20 minutes before leaving. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back since I already paid on the app.

In line for 45 minutes on Sunday afternoon. When I got to the window they had no idea what my order even was. I would have left the line but the curbs prevent you from escaping. What if there had been an emergency? This is certainly not fast food.

Been coming here every week and never had bad service until today . The current manager is completely ignoring orders making ppl have to get in line and order again ,she's not good at customer service and does not handle her job description. Was too lazy to take the orders properly because she didn't want her line backed up . Horrible service .

I waited about 10 minutes at the speaker, then another 10 for my food. They parked me cause their time was high, but if my order was taken right away instead of having me at the speaker for so long, the times wouldn’t be high. There was no cars in line which makes it worse!I also asked for no ketchup or pickles and still got it!Waited and my food was not even fresh.I don’t mind waiting but at least give me fresh food if I’m waiting so long.
