Friendly's in Northampton Street, Holyoke, MA has received mixed reviews over the years, but recent experiences suggest improvements. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable, with waitresses going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers have been greeted and seated promptly, and the service has been described as pleasant and professional. The food was ready on time and served hot, with burgers prepared correctly and ice cream made to order. The large shake was flavorful and enough for all five people in a group. The restaurant's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were noted, creating a positive environment upon arrival. Customers have expressed surprise and satisfaction with the service, particularly mentioning the efficient and hospitable staff. The menu items, such as the All American Burger, fries, and desserts like the Strawberry Fribble and Reece's Cup Sundae, were well-prepared and enjoyable. Some reviews mention the Philly steak in a wrap, which was good but slightly small and a bit overpriced. Overall, recent visits to Friendly's in Holyoke seem to have left a positive impression, leading to a recommendation to give it a try for a pleasant dining experience.
