“My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “first off im not a breakfast eater but give me one spot for the day to start off with and it would be memos...my 2nd time going in despite having lived in the area all this time and words cant explain the greatness of this place and its no secret why they have won so much...best steak and cheese omelette around and i know their plates are plentiful and often times people will take to go, but it has filled me up on my 2 visits and what makes them stand out from other places in the area as much as i like those other spots too is that sourdough bread is an option....I also wanna shoutout jennifer jen and brittany for their service as well as staying level headed when it gets busy and I love when ppl take the time to get to know their customers ask them what they do for work where they live etc..goes a long way and its an honor to already be known and loved and i appreciate each taking that time for me jen jennifer and brittany I love and appreciate you much and most and all of you back 💛“

“My husband and I are from upstate New York and came here with a relative from the Massachusetts area for our first time. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, which was just the beginning of a more than exceptional experience. The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.“

The staff could not have been more gracious in allowing us to decorate our mini Christmas tree on the table while waiting for the delicious food. Never thought I'd be praising garlic noodles but they were fire. The pizza was amazing too. The restaurant is beautiful and has nice outdoor dining tables. Large room for group events as well. “Today is the 7th anniversary of Daily Ops opening. Praise be! My favorite restaurant.. Congratulations to Chef David, who leads the creative endeavors of this excellent establishment, and to the staff, who function like a super bowl, bound team. BTW, try the fried oyster sandwich. My first time eating fried oysters but not the last..... Congratulations to Chef David and staff! (Leave room for dessert. Jenn's pastry creations and a newly arrived soft serve ice cream, will finish you.)“

“Whatta brunch!!! Arrived just after 11am on a Thursday. Miss Flo was busy but not packed. We took a seat at the counter and were immediately greeted by a friendly server. Pancakes plus and an OcFLOberfest (corn beef hash, sauerkraut & thousand island dressing) omelette arrived quickly. Both were HUGE and GREAT! Ilana and Amanda were fast friendly and slightly sassy servers. The hot sauce was a fun condiment. Everything was clean. Miss Flo has a warm local friendly vibe. She is a Pioneer Valley icon that lives up to her reputation. We need to eat here more than once or twice a year!“

“We had our wedding reception at Shortstop's banquet room this past weekend. The food was incredible and Monica and her staff were the best. I had many guests come to me complimenting the food, staff and owner/chef Monica. It was a day I'll remember even more so thanks to this great venue. The food was still steaming hot when we picked it up, the amount of food included was more than generous, and everyone commented on how delicious everything was. Highly recommend!“

“We ended up here due to our intended restaurant being closed. It was the BEST mistake ever. The food was amazing! Everything came out hot and fresh. Julie (the owner) answered all our questions about the restaurant, shared her and her husband's story and it truly felt like we were dining with family. We had the brussel sprouts, mac n cheese, potatoes, yams and garlic chicken. And then Julie brought us churros for Cinco de Mayo! It was hard to pick just one meal off this menu. I wish my conference was longer so I had another night to come back and try more. “I’ve driven by this place for years and never realized it was here. Stopped in after a long day of work, absolutely starving. The staff were all super friendly—Casey, in particular, was incredibly kind to us, especially my daughter. The food was fantastic. The fish and chips really hit the spot, and both the Brussels sprouts and wings were top-notch. The full bar looked great, too. I’ll definitely have to come back during some “adult time” to check it out properly. It’s always tough to find a well-made Old Fashioned—guess we’ll see!“

“Although it’s a restaurant at a hotel (which usually those are mediocre), this place was absolutely great!

We had the Reuben sandwich, the Bridge22 burger, and wings to start - everything was seriously tasty. The wings were perfectly cooked, super crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The Reuben hit all the right notes, and the burger with those fried onions was awesome. Great flavors all around and everything came out fresh. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for a satisfying bite.

We had a chance to speak with the manager as well for a couple of minuets and he was super nice (our waiter was great as well).“
