“Anais is the best. Made us feel at home and made some amazing drinks. She deserves praise such a hard worker. The food was amazing and the cooking team deserves a shout out. Never thought I'd be praising garlic noodles but they were fire. The pizza was amazing too. The restaurant is beautiful and has nice outdoor dining tables. Large room for group events as well. “Marco Carreira and his team recently catered a lunch buffet for an event that I hosted at my home. They came through for me on a very busy weekend on short notice. The food was still steaming hot when we picked it up, the amount of food included was more than generous, and everyone commented on how delicious everything was. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I are from upstate New York and came here with a relative from the Massachusetts area for our first time. We were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, which was just the beginning of a more than exceptional experience. The menu concerned us with its limited options, but alas, the quality of the food offered was by no means disappointing. The char and the fried chicken were outstanding. The service was the best we’ve ever received in our lives (and we go out frequently) , and then there was their chocolate crème brûlée. AMAZING. We highly recommend this lovely restaurant.“

“Whatta brunch!!! Arrived just after 11am on a Thursday. Miss Flo was busy but not packed. We took a seat at the counter and were immediately greeted by a friendly server. Pancakes plus and an OcFLOberfest (corn beef hash, sauerkraut & thousand island dressing) omelette arrived quickly. Both were HUGE and GREAT! Ilana and Amanda were fast friendly and slightly sassy servers. The hot sauce was a fun condiment. Everything was clean. Miss Flo has a warm local friendly vibe. She is a Pioneer Valley icon that lives up to her reputation. We need to eat here more than once or twice a year!“

“We had our son's Rehearsal Dinner in the Amherst room on Oct. 23rd. Nothing short of amazing! Appetizers were plentiful and delicious, as was the steak, chicken and shrimp & crab scampi. Our server Karen was one in a million, she was two steps ahead the whole evening and a big part of the success shared by the wedding party. “My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “One of the best in the area. I’ve had great seafood and steak here. The chowder is also amazing in a bread bowl. On the pricier side, but worth your dollars. Also a great market for fresh seafood if you’re looking to make your own at home! Highly recommended.“

“We went for lunch and we were the only diners - we had a fantastic experience! There are labeled vegan options, and the staff were super helpful with answering questions. There's a great beer and wine selection, interesting cocktails, and I do believe that these were the best French fries I've ever had in my life. I look forward to going back!“
