My new favorite restaurant! Went to Waxwing for the first time tonight. We shared the oysters, green salad, pasta Bolognese and Fluke special, chocolate torte, butterscotch pot de creme Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Great craft cocktail options and wine. The atmosphere was very intimate, the music was great, the service was exceptional. Did I say the service was exceptional? We felt very attended to from the minute we walked through the door. Very welcoming.
The best food in the area. Amazing staff and service. This is my favorite place to eat. I can't say enough great things.Parking: Great location in Hatfield Massachusetts. Easy to find, close off the highway. With a decent view of the sunset in the evenings.
