Chicken Wings near Holyoke

“This place is awesome. Their food is consistently very good, prices are reasonable, and the staff is always very quick and friendly. Their gourmet grinders are my go to and are usually good to feed two people. 10/10! Thank you for all you do!“

“The food is good and very fair price. The only thing is there’s a lot of loitering in front of the restaurant. Where people always asking for change. The chicken is actually excellent. It’s just sometimes certain employees. Don’t give you the right order.“

“I don’t do delivery here because they use Doordash for delivery services. But when I do pick up it’s pretty safe. They re-made my pizza fresh the other day because they gave me the wrong order. Only took an extra 15 minutes and it was perfect. It’s a good amount of food for the price and the toppings are always consistent.“

“Food was absolutely excellent. Everything I come come here I leave with a smile on my face. The service was very respectful and fast, there is almost 0 mistakes in communication, even with a huge order they get everything right. The only disappointment was mainly the tables and floors, they have leftover food on them, but most of the time I can wipe them off so it's not a huge deal just not wanting.“

“Today we ordered some pizzas for a gathering, and some computer system messed up somehow and they lost track of our order (still in the system but not queued properly perhaps?). Someone at the store noticed, called and apologized, put a rush on our order, and gave us a full refund. While it's frustrating when accidents happen, I appreciate them owning up to it and trying their best to make it right. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.“

“I had a great customer service experience at this store on 9/06/26. The 5 o'clock crew were kind and worked well together as a team. Destiny was especially pleasant and even gave me a senior (I'm 62) discount on my second order (yes, I ordered twice while I was there because it was so good). This seems to be a well run store with a responsible crew who were able to keep up with the orders. I will return to this store based on today's positive experience. Thanks!!!“

“Wonderful Food…fresh and made to order. Portions are generous & amazing! Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating. Highly recommend … 10/10! Will definitely return to try dinner next time. Prices are reasonable and fair for the quality and quantity.“

“Excellent food. Magical things go on in that kitchen. I'm a creature of habit and consistency is so important when serving food and these guys have it! Love the Tofu Curry and that Chocolate Sea Salt Custard is dark and salty and sweet with real whipped cream!!“
