“I love Romanos Pizza, my boyfriend and I always order there but there was this 1 stupid driver last night with really bad attitude because SHE was at the wrong address and told us that “we should know where we live”. She gave my boyfriend a lot of attitude when he was trying to explain that he was outside and she wasnt there. She kept insisting she was at the right address (she was at apt 8C ours is 1C) and kept telling us we need to learn where we live, this is our apartments not hers, shes at the right place and WE were the ones at the wrong place. HOW? She drives an orange car with black hair. We will never be tipping her. Awful customer service. And on top of that, they are always leaving out some ingredients on our subs. The brochure states it comes with lettuce, mayo, tomato and cheese but yet never comes with any of that. If we have to ask for it, they should state that. But other than that, I do love their food.“
“We come over to BWW’s in Chicopee regularly and both Bartenders Liana and Emily make our experience very welcoming. They treat us like family. The drinks are good and reasonable, the food is a decent but what really makes the experience is the friendliness of the staff and the way they treat us with respect. We enjoy the atmosphere of hanging out and watching games and having a good time.“
“I want everyone know this is the best Domino's pizza spot. My fiance and I have tried Northampton, Easthampton, Springfield Domino's, they don't cook the food, and the sauce is spicy. Chicopee spot is the BEST. They cook everything to profection, and always on time. I just want to say thank you, to all the employee who work there, and always making the food to profection. “I was disappointed to to the fact that i asked mashed potato with gravy and when i got home there no gravy. He did not verify with me about my order. Since i am soft spoken, it would’ve been great if he repeated my order. So no, i didn’t enjoy my meal since i spent almost $50. For that i would love to eat at Texas Roadhouse!“
“Love that chicken from Popeyes! There is something different about the very crunchy coating and tender juicy chicken inside. I like it spicy and Popeyes is perfecto! The Sandwich is only about five bucks and it has good dill pickles on it. The Ghost Pepper wings were awesome, plenty of meat and we love the coleslaw and red beans and rice.“

“My coworker and myself have yet to have a bad lunch from Frankie's - our latest lunch just two simple chefs salads both with Italian dressing and it may ne silly but the dressing was clearly handmade (or at least tweaked) and the bread that came with it was very fresh and even the small detail of the lettuce being chopped made it the perfect chefs salad. Thanks for the great meals and keep it up.“

I didn't finish everything because it was a lot, but the others ate. Friendly treatment, very helpful. Some speak Spanish. There are some waiting chairs and a table to eat there. There is a health service. Recommended it looks very clean. And orderly.
