Little ceasers in Chicopee was a terrible experience because I asked for Deep dish 3 meat pizza, and I get 2 different pizzas, stupid lady didn't understand what I was saying and wouldn't admit it, so I ended up getting my money back and getting a free meal because lady was an idiot, people need to learn to listen, if you don't understand what they are saying, ask the person to repeat it. The food is very good, but the people there don't listen and don't get what you asked for.
I've ordered food online via Little Caesars app. Usually no mishaps. Come in and punch the code sent thru and go with my food. The last few times I've done so though, my order was not ready. Each time they never bothered looking at the ticket that pops out. I ordered each time in advance to pickup at a specific time. In my case 915pm, because I get out of work at 9pm. Food was good. Was not sure they were open because the sign was off. None the less got in and waited a bit...but all said and done, it was fine. I would definitely go again if I'm in the area.
