“I never leave reviews, but I just had an order that was incorrect (and thus inedible for me) due to a glitch on Doordash, and Ava went above and beyond to help me. I’m a longtime customer at this location and the food is always wonderful, so to have such good customer service on top of that is something I applaud. I highly recommend the Chicopee Applebee’s!“

Had a breakfast catered which was nice and had a fair offering of food.
The dinner option on the Tuesday evening I visited had a taco buffet that was $12.95.
Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced.

“placed an order of the wings and waffle combo with a side of corn fritters. Delicious, juicy and tender dry rub 🤤 the waffle is soft and sweet with so much flavor. Meal was like a warm hug. 10/10“

“One of the best in the area. I’ve had great seafood and steak here. The chowder is also amazing in a bread bowl. On the pricier side, but worth your dollars. Also a great market for fresh seafood if you’re looking to make your own at home! Highly recommended.“

“This was our second time here, the first time was indoors with older wait staff was awesome!! This time we sat outside and the they were not busy at all. The wait staff was much younger and not very attentive to checking on drink refills or getting the items we requested. We asked for separate bills between couples and she split the bills to the men and women?? OMG why??? SMH!!“
