I didn't read my bill til I got home they charged me $2.00 for the lime!! You can buy a whole lime in the store for fifty cents! They should have told me about the extra charge for next to nothing.“

“First time to this particular Applebee's. Not overly impressed. Freezing cold inside and we were a good ways away from the door. Seated immediately, waitress came right over with menus and asked about beverages. I can't eat cilantro. Allergic. I AM ServeSafe certified and know the food rules very well. It took our waitress THREE times going back and forth from our table to the kitchen to figure out what to do about my request to leave it off my meal. She and I'm thinking the chef are kinda rough around the edges when it comes to allergies. They, by law must be all ServeSafe certified. I have my responsibility to speak up. I did but they were stymied about what to do with it.
When the food came it was correct. Except my mango lemonade was straight up lemonade. I was too afraid to ask to fix it after the cilantro drama so I just dealt with it. My niece was happy with her meal. Check came quickly and payment went flawlessly considering I paid in cash and most places prefer card.
Just retrain the staff on allergies and how to punt when it gets thrown at them. And turn up the heat. It was 45 degrees outside and we FROZE inside. Never warmed up in the hour we were there.“

“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

Everything looked amazing, I will tell you I specifically had risotto balls, torched wedge salad, ricotta gnocchi with braisedbeef short rib ragu, and chocolate mousse. I can't look at regular salad the same way ever again and everything else was just amazing on it's own, and as a whole evening experience. Please do yourself a favor and set aside some time to have a meal here.“

“The employees at both The Kitchen and the adjacent gas station were all very kind, from the guy ringing my order up to the woman making the most DELICIOUS cookies, to the guy making my sub. I got the Smokey Bandit, and just half was enough for one sitting. 10/10 would recommend.

“My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. “I tried Bella Roma Pizza for the first time and honestly it’s one of those places you don’t expect to be that good but it is. The pizza was actually perfect, like crispy but still soft and not greasy at all. We also got wings and they were really flavorful and not dry like most places. Everything came out fast and the people working there were super nice which made it even better. Definitely one of my new go to spots in Westfield.“

“We drove 50 minutes to dined at Ruby Tuesday for the first time after seeing an ad about their daily specials, which caught our attention.

When we arrived, there was a family in front of us. The host seated them and took about six minutes to return. I asked her if they had a happy hour and what the specials were, but she said she wasn’t sure and that I’d need to ask the server. I ended up asking the bartender, who was able to explain the specials clearly.

We decided to sit at the bar hightops and quickly realized they were short-staffed. the host was helping on the floor, and the bartender was also serving tables. I ordered the Sunday dinner special (steak, ribs, shrimp, and fries) and my husband a broccoli cheddar soup. The food took a while to come out. The steak was only semi-warm when it arrived , both the steak and ribs lacked flavor.
For the first time at a restaurant, I actually had to use salt and pepper. When I received my plate there was a shrimp on top of the cocktail sauce which I found odd. Overall, the food /presentation was mediocre

That said, the happy hour deals and prices weren’t bad. Our total came to $34 , $24 for the Sunday dinner special, $6 for the soup, and $2 beers.“
