“Been going here for over a decade, and Harvest remains the best breakfast/brunch/bakery in the area. They have fresh baked items in the bakery case daily that are priced reasonably, and their scones are THE BEST with great flavor and spot-on texture. Dining in, I always enjoy the Farmer's Benedict with a side of fresh baked sourdough toast. I prefer my eggs poached hard, and they gladly accommodate this request. On top of the most amazing food, the friendly staff, great service, and a cozy atmosphere makes every experience dining in a pleasure!“

“I had dinner tonight at Soma Grille and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The patio is absolutely beautiful and creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening outdoors with the beautiful fire pits, greenery and the fountains . The setting is charming, comfortable, and one of the nicest dining patios in the area.

Aidan was an exceptional bartender and was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire meal.

For dinner, I ordered the Raw Bar Tower with the Dungeness king crab leg clusters, and it was fantastic. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The seafood was the star of the night, and every bite was delicious.

“We felt the food and atmosphere were great, definitely a bit more of a fancy place than we normally go to. A bit pricey but the food was very good. My only issue and the biggest reason we most likely will not be going back is they do not have or offer a kids menu and were not very accommodating to kids. I understand it’s fancier place to eat but I was very unprepared when I had my son with me not knowing they did not have a kids menu. He ended up eating French fries for dinner and I had to go home to make him something else.“

“I had a surprise 40th for my husband at the Grill at Cooper Hill and they did a wonderful job! I was able to get in earlier in the day to decorate how I wanted, and create a space that accommodated a large group of people. Joe and Deanna were so great at the bar! They were fun and friendly and great at keeping up with the busy bar action! The food was delicious. The kitchen staff was able to keep pace with refilling trays as they became low. Kristin was always available if I had questions prior to the party. She was so helpful in weeks leading up. It’s such a great, laid back atmosphere for a party. I would highly recommend using their space to host your next event!“

“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“This dining spot is located in the Marriott Hotel on Day Hill Road. After work, my guest and I stopped in for apps and drinks. We enjoyed the Point Judith Calamari and the wings.
The inviting atmosphere and excellent service make this dining experience a plus for business travelers. The menu is a little pricey but not out of line for 4-star hotels.

Will definitely come back for lunch or dinner.“

What makes Gristmill Cafe stand out for me is the weekend specials, the staff, everybody is very friendly, personable and they all seem to work very well as a team together. We enjoy going to go see what French toast special they have, just when you thought you had the best French toast from there, you go back the following week and there’s another deliciously flavored French toast. That goes for the Benedict specials too.“

The atmosphere was warm and cozy, elegant but extremely comfortable and inviting. The staff friendly and helpful as can be. And omg the food, mmmmmmmmazing. Everything looked amazing, I will tell you I specifically had risotto balls, torched wedge salad, ricotta gnocchi with braisedbeef short rib ragu, and chocolate mousse. I can't look at regular salad the same way ever again and everything else was just amazing on it's own, and as a whole evening experience. “The employees at both The Kitchen and the adjacent gas station were all very kind, from the guy ringing my order up to the woman making the most DELICIOUS cookies, to the guy making my sub. I got the Smokey Bandit, and just half was enough for one sitting. 10/10 would recommend.

“I have been to Don's Kitchen twice and never been disappointed. I ordered the Whiting fried fish and grits with a fried egg. It was excellent. The grits were hot and creamy with no lumps and the fish was fried on the hard side and poped when I bit into it and was piping hot! OMG, I totally enjoyed it. The owner came out on the first visit and was a total joy. It was very nice to meat her. Her husband came out later. Very nice family. Also, I don't know what type of coffee they served at the time which was a couple of months ago but it was very good. I hope they continue to serve consistently good food.“

I didn't read my bill til I got home they charged me $2.00 for the lime!! You can buy a whole lime in the store for fifty cents! They should have told me about the extra charge for next to nothing.“
