“We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. I’ve worked in foodservice delivery and have always viewed restaurants from back of house which influenced my decision to eat there. I recommend Marks and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Went here for lunch with my sister! I couldn’t believe how packed they were on a Monday! No wonder- the food and drink were ON POINT! Our waiter was very attentive and informative on wine. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip- delicious! I had the harvest vegetable bowl and added steak. The flavors mixed so well creating a palette of fresh, and my steak was cooked perfectly! My sister got the burger and a Cesar salad. The dressing was really fresh and lemony! The burger was delish as well! I will definitely be back! All the food I watched going by looked like 10 stars!“

However they dont accept credit cards.
I can say that they have easily lost hundreds in patronage from me over that past year simply because they only accept cash.
I cant count the amount of times I have passed by and haven't stopped because I didn't have cash.

“We booked The Tavern for our October 2021 wedding right before the pandemic hit. Throughout the entire planning process and hundreds of questions, Jasmine was always readily available via email or text up until wedding day (even when we became date twins). Everything came out beautiful, the set up for dinner and our ceremony was perfect! The grounds were perfect for our pictures. Everyone loved the appetizers during cocktail hour and our cake was delicious. We had a few mishaps during our dinner, but we didn’t let that fog the happiest day of our lives. Jasmine also quickly took action and made things right. They will likely be my go-to for other events because ours was greatly executed with the help of my in-laws, Lynne (sorry if I spelled it wrong), and Jasmine. My favorite thing about having them as our venue was that we didn’t have to clean up anything or set up anything. Lynne made sure things were arranged accordingly and brought my vision to life. Even when we had to create a back up plan because of weather Jasmine and Lynne helped to calm my nerves about the last minute changes.“

Everything looked amazing, I will tell you I specifically had risotto balls, torched wedge salad, ricotta gnocchi with braisedbeef short rib ragu, and chocolate mousse. “I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“i don't recommend this restaurant because it's truly sad that this restaurant takes a $100 deposit to reserve a date in a section of the restaurant aka (the back room) for a party of 50 and refuses to apply the deposit to the bill. consumer beware because they call it a room rental after the fact. it's not advertised as a room rental.“

“I'm very disappointed. Yesterday, we chose Bond 124 to gather with family after a family members funeral. It was not our first choice, but the other restaurant was closed for vacation. We had remembered attending a grad party at Bond in May that was fabulous, so we thought we would give it a try for lunch. It was about 12:30 p.m. on a Friday. There was one other table occupied and maybe one or two people at the bar. Our waitress was great at first, came right over, brought waters and provided menus. We ordered drinks, which she quickly got confused with, but we thought nothing of it. We placed our order and began our wait. About 20 minutes later, Sam came to the table and asked if we wanted our food orders brought all at once or as they were made because the cheese buger and chicken sandwich ordered was already cooked. We said sure, bring them out as they are made, assuming they would just be a few minutes apart. Nope! First of all, she brought out the cheesebuger and not the chicken sandwich. At least 15 minutes later, the deep dish pizzas ordered came out. At this time, she informed me my soup (which I ordered as my meal) was not available. I asked Sam what soups she did have, and she responded, "I don't know" (Not let me check). When I pushed to know, she huffed off and went to look. Now we had to ask for the chicken sandwich that still hadn't been brought out, at which time she said it was coming soon. We are now at least 30 minutes since the first meal hit the table, and I still didn't have my bowl of soup. Finally, the chicken sandwich came out, and still no soup. When my soup finally came out, everyone else at our table had already finished eating. Due to the sad event that brought us together in the first place, I didn't bother complaining, but to say we will not be back or recommend this restaurant is an understatement. With so few guests, how does this happen. Where was the manager??“
