“We stopped here for a late breakfast on the way home from a vacation in the Berkshires. We had a great breakfast and our server was very good. We both had egg breakfasts, but I also had pancakes and bacon. The pancakes were very good and had a little bit of crisp to them which I enjoyed. The maple syrup was provided in a little bottle which we thought was a nice touch. Then we took advantage of their $6 take home meals if you have bought an entree, so we got their Meatloaf Dinner and their Grilled Chicken Dinner to bring home for our dinner. This was a pretty good deal making their regular eat-in menu even better.“

“Went here for lunch with my sister! I couldn’t believe how packed they were on a Monday! No wonder- the food and drink were ON POINT! Our waiter was very attentive and informative on wine. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip- delicious! I had the harvest vegetable bowl and added steak. The flavors mixed so well creating a palette of fresh, and my steak was cooked perfectly! My sister got the burger and a Cesar salad. The dressing was really fresh and lemony! The burger was delish as well! I will definitely be back! All the food I watched going by looked like 10 stars!“

“Tenth Hole Tavern is the best spot for casual dining/takeout this side of Glastonbury. Their food is excellent and the staff really knows how to show the customers a good time. Kendall and Kelly are the nicest and are very accommodating. Not to mention the full bar, expansive beer selection, and wide variety on the menu. Some of my personal favorites include the chicken tenders (with their house made buffalo sauce), the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and the oven roasted turkey wrap. “I just went to Country Kitchen and bought 2 chili cheese hot dogs for my co-worker and myself, it was "hot dog" day after all :-) Our office staff has gone there many times and loves the food. “Cannot say enough good things about The Hollow. Whether you are a golfer or not the restaurant should be added to your regular rotation. The food is top notch, everything on the menu is fantastic. A group of 4 of us were traveling through the area and needed a good place for Dinner …We called and made a reservation , the owner Al was very personable on the phone .We arrived for dinner and he had our name on table , and he introduced himself …We had a couple of beers while he explained the menu to us ….we Decided on a couple of appetizers and also a small pizza to sample before ordering our dinner . The appetizers arrived and were very good, but the star of the show was definitely the pizza , so much flavor … the crust was to die for light and airy and so much crunch in the crust !!!! Next was the Dinner - Chicken Francaise , Chicken Parm , Chicken Marsala , Fettuccini Carbonaro .All meals arrived hot and were Delicious …We also got to meets Al’s Daughter who was very personable just like her Father ….We wished we had this Restaurant in our community . However they dont accept credit cards.
I can say that they have easily lost hundreds in patronage from me over that past year simply because they only accept cash.
I cant count the amount of times I have passed by and haven't stopped because I didn't have cash.

“13 of us went there to celebrate my mom's 85th and we're lucky and got the upstairs. We had Samantha as our server who went way above what was expected. We had the very reasonable priced buffett..the food was good, the chef was on hand and very friendly. Drinks very reasonably priced. This was our 3rd family celebration there and an plan to use them for more.“

“Since a lot of these reviews appear to be old, clarifying 2 things: there are two locations (norfolk & hartford) run by Good Works Entertainment. The Hartford location used to have a bistro but does not any longer - they have chips and candy. The highly regarded Bears smoke house is across the street as is the convention center and hotel (that ay have a special rate if you ask). hartford location has nearby street and paid parking unaffiliated with the venue. Both feature a range of arttists so check one or both out with friends and family.“

“I had lunch at Vernon Friendly’s The food was good and the waitress was friendly. She did a great job. I did notice that it took some time to get the food. But the service was great and I will definitely be going there to have lunch there again.“

The hostess was so sweet and still let us dine in which was greatly appreciated. Shout out to our server Aidan he was awesome!!! He didn't make sus feel rushed ! Instead of sliders we ordered a double smashed burger to share, one thing I loved as an option is we could do half regular fries and half sweet potato fries.
