“My wife and I had our first dinner at Vinted Wine Bar tonight. My wife has had a good amount of experience at Vinted, but it was my first time there. Top to bottom... TRULY EXCELLENT!! We shared a nice bottle of Daou Cab while sitting at the bar, and started with the Whipped Hummus, with Crispy Scallion Cake. Best Hummus you'll ever eat, and the warm crispy thin cake slices are very delicious with the Hummus. Terrific! Then we split and shared 2 entrees: The Chicken Milanese, and the Vinted Prime Burger. Both, also super delicious. Rich, flavorful, perfectly prepared by the talented crew in the kitchen lead by the executive chef, and partner, Mike Voight. Ate every bite of everything. Lastly, for desert we shared the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake. Holy cow, that is one incredible desert. Our bartender Chris was very helpful, friendly, and although busy had time to talk with us. And we found all the staff, extremely personable. Mike has a finely tuned ship in Vinted. We'll be back. #impressed“
“Well I don’t Know because first we did happy hour in the dining area because we brought are kids so yesterday they said no we don’t do happy hour here in the dining area only bar area. Ok since when ? But the manager said only for today then it was 4 of us and they didn’t want to divide the bill they want to spilt the bill in 4 I said no we ordered different we want to paid what we ordered.“
“We arrived a bit early for our reservation (and before our guest), but the hostess said we could be seated whenever we were ready. The space is relaxed yet well-appointed, and the tables are nicely spaced in the main dining room. Our server was very attentive and friendly. While we sipped wine and perused the menu, we enjoyed some delightful warm hearty bread. My husband and I both had the hanger steak (medium rare) and fries which was was perfectly done in a rich brown sauce that was "lick the plate clean" good! Our guest was very pleased with her swordfish. For dessert, we opted for the chocolate creme brulee which was fabulously delicious and a perfect end to a perfect meal!“

I feel so bad that I don't remember her name, because she had remembered everything from our first conversation when we went back for the second time 9 months later!! “Went on a Friday night, and the bar area was pretty packed, which was a good sign. Service was a little slow; it seemed like they were short staffed. We waited a few minutes before a hostess showed up to greet us. Once we sat down, it took another 10 minutes or so for a waiter to come to our table. Again, they did seem understaffed, and the place was pretty busy. Food: Cesar salad 7/10 - enough dressing, croutons Cup of New England Clam Chowder 4/10 This was super salty. Smoked honey chipotle wings 10/10 - You could taste the smokiness, The flavor was delicious, and the wings were cooked to perfection Blackened ribeye w/green beans & twice baked potato 8.5/10 - The flavor on the ribeye was amazing! The green beans, although not seasoned, had a smokey flavor, and the twice baked potato was yummy. Steak tips Risotto 9/10 This was absolutely scrumptious! There are plenty of tender steak tips, creamy risotto with lots of flavor. We will definitely be back!“
“We had great service for a Friday night dinner. All of our entrees were fantastic which included huge salad and mac-n-cheese portions. My trio of sliders were great, too. I ordered the paloma and got it smoked which was a nice touch. I'm excited to return.“
“Went in on a Wednesday for a business meeting with 3 partners, we sat at the bar to have a drink, the bartender Emma was a delight. She was friendly with such a warm personality. There was a young man filling the cooler with bottles of beer who joined the conversation, we stayed longer than expected and I will be back with my wife. “Sat at the bar and shared a couple of beers. Our bartender was very attentive, and checked up on us frequently. The bar area was clean and so was the bathroom. We came at an off time so it wasn’t busy. It was nice that day, they had the garage doors open with some tables sitting in that entry way. A bit too chilly for me, but some people were taking advantage of the fresh air. We didn’t have any food.“
“The Fernwood is, on the outside, a very unassuming restaurant. With dark brick, and stained glass windows, it often can be difficult to tell if the restaurant is even open.Once you enter however you are greeted by a classic pub dining room, and a team that seems to all share a sense of ownership of the restaurant. From the friendly greeting and conversation, to the wait staff being constantly cleaning nooks and crannies to make it exceptionally clean throughout, you will feel exceptionally comfortable and welcome.The food is somewhat eclectic, but in the best way. While there typical comfort food dishes, and something everyone will enjoy on the menu, there is an eclectic and interesting selection of more traditional pub foods. The food has been served perfectly cooked and was delicious every time I've been.The dishware is somewhat dated in appearance, but not in quality, condition, and cleanliness, which were all perfect. The dishware actually added to the environment by further contributing to the traditional pub feel.This is not the place to go for new age dishes or molecular gastronomy, but is perfect for a relaxed and extremely filling comfort meal.My biggest regret is the literal years I drove by simply thinking "I really should go there..." without ever stopping in.Parking: Parking is located behind the building.“

I've only dined outside on their spacious patio because the weather was great. They had the heater blasting which I requested to to be turned down because it was burning my head, other patrons agreed.I started off with a Saturday fun day glass of their Green Mind Avocado Margarita, yes, you read that right; avocado mixed into a margarita, very interesting but it worked. The drink was on the smaller side for $13 and change but it was good and I could taste the slight creaminess of the avocado. They had a good sized cocktail menu and a variety of craft beers.On this most recent visit, I had the Korean BBQ burger. OMG, juicy and flavorful; it had gochujang mayo, kimchi, onion straws, and Korean BBQ sauce. The fries were crunchy and seasoned well. I wished there were more pickled cucumber slices because those were BANGIN'. “love a good Gastro pub and Union Kitchen did not disappoint. Truly wonderful and friendly staff. genuinely nice people which is a refreshing surprise. The food was excellent. Stuffed Queen Olives and Whipped Ricotta toast were incredible. main courses Shrimp and Scallop risotto and the Lobster Rigstoni arrabbiata could stand up to some of the best italian and seafood restaurants.
