Kirsten who goes by Kris, took my order, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and ensured I felt comfortable with my choices because my first option was sold out for the day! Brendon was equally impressive! His charm and respectfulness shone through as he assisted Kirsten by handing out the orders and keeping the dining area clean. I arrived just before closing, but both Kirsten and Brendon maintained their enthusiasm and were eager to serve me. Their teamwork made the experience even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their dedication to excellent customer service. “The Elbow Room is an awesome venue, the food and drinks they have are great and reasonably priced, I'm a big fan of their wings and tacos. I go to the open mic comedy nights on Thursdays, and I throw fun comedy shows/parties in the basement around once a month on Fridays with about 50 people, and everyone always hangs out on the rooftop after now that the weather is warmer. The Elbow Room is a staple of West Hartford and almost everyone knows about it.“

Upon inquiring David answered quickly with all the information I would need. After booking Jacob and I began to communicate details for our event. He understood the difficult emotions surrounding the passing of my brothers and met us with compassion. The day of the event came and all went really well. Everyone was grateful for the portion size and variety of flavors. Jacob and his team handled the event serving upwards of 150 people with no problem .
