“Best ice cream around town! We moved to the area last year and discovered this spot while driving one day. We visited once and never stopped coming back. My family and I get our sweet treats from here at least once a week. We love it so much we wish they were open all year round ☺️ but nonetheless we look forward to coming here during the summer months. If you do decide to stop by, try their seasonal apple crumb caramel ice cream. It tastes just like an apple cider donut. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Tired of the never-ending onslaught of hazy IPAs? Looking for a real wide variety of beers that all have great flavor? This is the place. Maibock, Helles Lager, Pils, Czech Amber, plus more. They even have beers on a side pour (iykyk).
Plus the vibe is chill. The owners and bartenders are super friendly (shout out to Dylan who is the best). The building is historic. And they support the local community with events.
Parking is simple with a lot across the street. They have snacks but you can bring your own food (grab some to go from Parkville). Dog friendly. Kids are welcome but this isn't the kind of place you're going to find a family birthday party for a toddler (thank god).
This is definitely the kind of brewery for beer lovers.“

I’m so grateful to my son and his girlfriend for encouraging us to stop in after a UConn game, what a gift that recommendation was. Places like this are rare, and they matter. “We went here for the first time, last week. WORTH the trip! We were hopeful because we are big fans of good Indian food. We ordered the samosas and I had malai kofta and roti. I don’t remember what my husband ordered to be honest (I’m a vegetarian and he’s not so I try not to even look at what he’s eating lol) but he definitely tried a little of everything I ordered too. We experienced dinner BLISS here. The food was just incredible. We were SO glad we took a chance on this place (which doesn’t look like much from the outside to be honest) because it is a GEM. The staff were all so kind and helpful and genuine. We can’t wait to go back!!!“

“Our second time trying Verona and both times we were very happy with our food. Our first visit we got pizza to go and it was the best margarita pizza we’ve ever had. Tonight we dined in and had the most amazing meals. They were super busy today and were out of some items so we had to change our order but I am so glad we did. The penne ala vodka was the best I’ve ever had and my husband loved the lasagna. The server, Harmony, was so kind and attentive. Portion sizes were very generous and now I have lunch for tomorrow as well. We will definitely be back!“

“The food is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very nice. The seating feels like being in a living room of a home in Middle East, cozy and welcoming. I just think that it would be best if the tables were a little higher and if they turn the TV on or play some music to break the silence because it doesn't feel like you can have private talk when it's dead silence. I suggest something like a soft music may be with a show of Middle East paysage.“
