I had an outstanding experience at Teriyaki Madness in West Hartford thanks to the amazing night staff on 5/29/25! Kirsten who goes by Kris, took my order, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and ensured I felt comfortable with my choices because my first option was sold out for the day!

Great Service Shout out Johnny
Yoli is arguably like the greatest person I’ve ever had to deal with when getting food. She was helpful although she was multitasking and making order she was very kind and very forth coming with information and willing to help. She is a 10 out of 10 person you’d want any environment.

Teriyaki Madness is a popular restaurant known for its delectable menu and friendly staff. The spicy chicken is a standout dish, with the right amount of heat to satisfy customers' cravings. While the quality and service have been consistent for some, others have experienced mixed results, with occasional issues like long wait times and inconsistent food quality. The restaurant is often bustling, especially on weekends, so ordering ahead is recommended for larger groups. Overall, the majority of reviewers praise the fresh, generous portions and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the dedicated crew.
