Look it’s McDonald’s so food was fine and service was…okay, but I expect that. What I did not expect was how underprepared the store was to serve customers. They were out of shakes. Annoying. They refused to give me a medium soda because they were out of medium cups. Which is baffling. And then I asked for a receipt for my meal. I was told they were out of receipt paper. Which is just…unbelievable. Don’t open a business if you can’t provide receipts for a purchase....read full review
IMO the best McDonalds in the greater Hartford area. The wait times can be long but are worth it. Quality food that this location provides is impressive, the burgers always are made presentable and fries are always hot & fresh. When I open the wrappers for the food it legit looks like the products you see on the TV commercials, which I can't say the same for other locations around hartford.
