“There’s really nothing negative I could ever say about Rita’s. Specifically this location has some of the best service I experienced, especially for a chain eatery. Love coming here, too bad it wasn’t open year around! Yet, again, if it was I think I’d be 1000lbs because I come so often!!! These kids deserve a raise for how outstanding they treat their customers!!!“
“Harvey and co are a great bunch and offer high quality food and coffee to match! Especially during these winter months, there's nothing quite as sooth as their spicy mocha to start the morning.Their sandwiches, whether they are for breakfast or lunch, are phenomenal and always made with fresh baked bread and bagels. You always get your money's worth! For the last two years, I've been going to their little café pretty frequently. I've even used them for catering for a project at work. Their food and service have consistently remained top notch.“

Dirty paper towels on floor by counter.Please do better.“
“A nice spot located in West Hartford center. I love the smell of waffle when I enter. They offer a variety of signature flavors as well as seasonal taste. The ice cream is rich. You can choice from a variety of waffle cone and topping types. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Pricing is a bit higher than some of the other ice cream chains, but you get what you pay for.“
