“We had Ben and Jerry's Catering CT come as a surprise for my niece's graduation party and it was a massive hit! Our server was wonderful! The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were perfect and plentiful. We've had ice cream trucks in the past and this blew them out of the water! I highly recommend! 5 stars!“

“I needed a cake last minute so I called the store and they not only accepted my request but made sure to make the cake exactly how I imagined with the flavor and decoration as well in a short notice. The staff was very kind and asked every little detail regarding what I wanted and answered all of my questions. The cake was beyond my expectation and everyone loved it at the party. I will definitely order more cake from this place in the future. I highly recommend it!❤️“

“Their LimeChocolateChip and HoneyLavender are STILL my favorites, but there are so many flavors you'll weep, because you can't try them all in one go.... or can you?😂
DeepRoots street food next door is also excellent!“

“Stopped by J. Foster Ice Cream for a sweet treat and really enjoyed the experience! The ice cream was creamy, delicious, and hit the spot. They have a good amount of seating, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your ice cream instead of having to rush through it. It’s a nice, casual spot to stop by, especially when you’re craving something sweet after a meal or while exploring the area.
Overall, a lovely little ice cream shop with good ice cream and a comfortable setting. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“Our family had such a fun time playing miniature golf here! It was a wonderful way to spend time together, and enjoying delicious ice cream afterward was the perfect finish. A great spot for a little friendly competition and a sweet treat—we’d happily come back! ⛳🍦“

“Thank you so much for making our end of the school year and start of summer event in the neighborhood a great success!! We can’t say thank you enough to Dave for making our night so memorable. He took all the precautions to make a socially distant outdoor party comfortable, safe and seamless for our guests. Everyone enjoyed a great yummy treat! Nothing like Rita’s.“

“The ice cream here is absolutey phenomenal, worth making a pilgrimage to enjoy the incredibly diverse plethora of flavors, several of which have their own unique texture profile, ingredient density, and aftertaste. Furthermore, throughlut the entirety of the approximately half dozen visits that I've completed to this location, the employees have been friendly, pleasant, and comversational - even while accommodating a request for one-too-many samples from a particularly picky customer.
The individuals behind the scenes that are responsible for concocting these blends of frozen treat excellence are dabbling in true artistry, and their creations should be celebrated by both locals and travelers, who when combined together, create a customer base that pays patronage to the establishment, ensuring that a creamery such as this one maintains operations for the upcoming years.“
“What a great establishment. I absolutely love it here. Great spot for a great sundae. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Will definitely be back here in the near future!“

“Despite the fact that my area has Friendly's Ice Cream, Foster's Ice Cream and Dairy Queen (all wonderful brands), we seem to gravitate to Carvel. The store smells remarkable (no fried food smell), the sheer simplicity of the menu (ice cream, ice cream and more ice cream) and they have the best soft-serve. Plus 2 for 1 sundaes on Wednesdays makes it a irresistible destination.“

“I absolutely LOVE Crumbl Cookie! 🍪 Every time I go, I already know I’m going to leave happy. My favorites are definitely the Tres Leches, Dubai Cookie, and Lucky Charm Cookie. The Tres Leches is so sweet and creamy, ANYTHING dubai is sooo good, and the Lucky Charm Cookie is perfect if you love something sweet and fun. I honestly haven’t had a cookie from Crumbl that I didn’t like! 💕🍪“

“The staff were very helpful and gracious! I loved the chai and pumpkin ice cream and wasn't sure which one to get, so the server suggested that I sample both. Both were amazing, but the pumpkin was my favorite 😍 I shared this gem with all my friends, and will definitely be back!“
