“Destiny was a savior! My family and I were craving some biscoff cookies, and we were able to eat them fresh out the oven! It was heavenly. Special shoutout to Destiny for her wonderful and warm customer service. I didn’t feel rushed selecting my flavors and she was very helpful and kind. I came thinking I’ll get three Biscoff cookies but her service made me walk out with a box!“

“06/05/2026 - Miss. Lindsay, the Shift Leader at this store turned my not so good over the phone experience with another employee at the beginning of the week to me being a returning out of state customer in the future. When my experience over the phone did not go so well, I placed my order online for pick-up. I have a family member that lives in this area and I surprised him by ordering three of his favorite cookie choices with the Triple Threat Cookie Cake. I called the day of to make sure it would be ready to be picked up by a local friend there. This is when I got Miss. Lindsay on the phone. I explained to her I was calling from out of state and wanted to confirm the cookie cake would be ready for pick-up by 4 pm that day. I explained to her my experience at the beginning of the week and gave her the young lady's name. She apologized for my experience and said she would advise the store manager. This was a very important birthday and I wanted to see the cookie cake before it was boxed. Miss. Lindsay offered to take a photo of it and texted it to me. She even offered to place it in a Happy Birthday box for me. Her caring actions and going above and beyond help secured future purchases from an out of state customer. Thank you for making my son's birthday extra special across the miles.“
