I regularly go to Rita’s, but I was genuinely impressed by the excellent service provided by Johnny and Mila today. They were both so kind, welcoming, and especially patient. They let me try different flavors and made sure I was happy with what I ended up getting. I was having a pretty bad day, and their kindness honestly made it so much better.
