I called to place a order because I can't use my gift card i received online and when I called no one answered after the third try someone answered and I asked if I can place a order for pick up. The guy said yes if ican give him a second. He then hung up the phone... I tried calling back twice and once again no answer what shame that your working for a company and just denying orders... poor customer service.
This ice cream shop is inside the Dunkin shop right on the corner of a very busy intersection. The Dubkin staff maintains the ice cream side as well and it appears to be clean and organized. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of seating inside. Parking lot is horrible to get out of with the traffic and obscured vision onto Farmington Ave because of the retaining wall and foliage. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible as is the entire shop.
This is the third time I’m standing there and no one in line and they choose to ignore me to continue cleaning and I’m standing there like are they even gonna help me I should not be waiting that long for ice cream. Especially when there’s no other customers.
