We really wanted to love this place, but it was one stale disappointment after another. While visiting family over Thanksgiving, we stopped into the Old Saybrook location and it was completely empty. I genuinely wondered if they were going out of business. I ordered an iced honey nut latte, but the lid leaked every time I took a sip, and the coffee itself tasted very bitter.

It’s unfortunate I have to make this review, but I tried contacting Doro directly and my email was ignored. On October 25th I ordered 2 chicken dinners to go. I took the meals to go to enjoy with my elderly mother who feels more comfortable eating at home. As she cut into her chicken, she noticed it was severely undercooked.
