The nice people, very kind
There was no clients in the store when I walked in and as soon as the clerks saw me, he left to the bathroom and stood there for 10 minutes and nobody wanted to take care of me.
After so, he comes out of the bathroom saying oh I don’t feel like working today.
I can’t believe that I Had to be the one asking for someone to make me a simple, black medium Coffee.

While one employee can be hostile and have an attitude, another employee replaced a burnt order with a lot of respect to keep the calm. The overall experience is positive, with accessible facilities for all.
