Terrible service!!! There was no one serving the ice cream section. There were cashiers serving the donuts/coffee line. We waited at the ice cream checkout counter for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. They were just standing there and chatted away. My wife is still furious at the lack of service and refuses to go back. Poor management and staff!

Yesterday I went to Baskin-Robbins in order to cake for my daughter's 20th Birthday the right on the cake happy birthday and her name and they said they ran out of frosting so they couldn't do it I first waited about 5 minutes no acknowledgement saying hold on someone will be right with you. The cake was the ice cream cake between 8 and 10 people. First of all it was 46.00. which is fine but the experience was just not to my expectations. I asked for a manager and there was no manager there. I called back today and again they advised me that there would be no manager there until tomorrow .

Sometimes you just really need o e cream and only Baskin-Robbins will do. It is the ice cream flavor of childhood for me. A scoop of mint chocolate chip for me and a double scoop for him and we were happy and refreshed. This is a small shop and staff could do better keeping it clean. We opted to take ours to go due to the number of dirty tables and the unswept floor.

I tried a new flavor of ice cream. It was good just wish they had a few more options,but I understand that not everyone wants ice cream in the winter. I recommend the nutty coconut flavor.
Needs to be shut down permanently. Devalue their customers in every little way possible. Truth will be known one day.

I've had a few decent experiences with the staff but it's mostly been subpar. Especially in the evenings I find a lot of the young employees to lack basic customer service skills along with the so called manager, young woman, on shift. I asked a question about my total and the employee yells across the store while I'm standing at the counter. I ignored the employee and spoke to the manager who was busy eating candies from the ice cream counter while speaking to me. I get it some days are not the best dealing with the public but at least display some type of professionalism.

It's always a hit or miss at this location. Came in for my birthday cone, but the flavor I truly wanted was not even in the showcase! I always get their WWC (Winter White Chocolate) during my birthday month. This is the first time in forever that it was not available. The counter person who helped us looked agitated, but was somewhat pleasant. The place always looks trashed, like they just finished a lunch rush. Being that they share the same spot as Dunkin, I totally get it. Maybe we'll come back during a less hectic month.

No brownies. No bananas. Still on the menu but no longer serve at this location. Not sure they knew otherwise. They were also too busy on their phone to serve anyone. Not worth the drive or the treat. Go elsewhere.
