Great addition to West Hartford! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. The menu has plenty of creative options, and everything we tried was delicious. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to!

Just ate here for the first time with a group of six. We shared the brussels sprouts and cauliflower appetizers. Both were good. I had the pork chop for my main meal. It was delicious. Definitely recommend it if you like pork chops. Everyone enjoyed their meal. No complaints from anyone. The staff was very friendly and our waiter was great. Fat Duck Tavern West Hartford is a great addition to West Hartford. This small and cozy tavern offers excellent food, a warm and inviting atmosphere, and attentive service without being overbearing. The menu has plenty of creative options, with specific items like the brussels sprouts and cauliflower appetizers, the pork chop, the fabulous Fat Duck Burger, the seared duck breast, the steak tacos, the mussels, the charcuterie board, and the duck bolognese. The pork chop comes with grilled asparagus and a black garlic demiglaze, and the seared duck breast has a perfect savory-sweet balance with a cherry reduction. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and happy, and the atmosphere and decor are beautiful and aesthetically appealing. The service is fantastic, with helpful and attentive waiters who are patient with undecided guests. The restaurant also offers gluten-free options that are easily identified on the menu.
