“I grew up eating Henry's pizza and many years later I still eat Henry's pizza. BUT...I crave their antipasto. It's so good I will drive half an hour just to get an antipasto (2) and drive back home. We were there recently and the owner had made the BEST pumpkin pie I have ever had and I'm a pumpkin pie snob. I usually hate anyone's pumpkin pie but mine because so many people over season it. Hers was SPECTACULAR. I'm planning on going up and buy a whole pie (and of course an antipasto). It's a hole in the wall joint that's been there for ,, we'll, as long as I can remember and I'm not young. It's not fancy or stuffy. Personal service by the people who own it and run it. If you like thin crust get the ultra thin crust pizza. Or get the regular. Its mouthwatering in a northern Connecticut way. It's not like Pepe's. It's fabulous though and we go here alot and I live 30 miles away.“
“I like this place. We've been a few times over the years and it's always a solid choice. Food is really good and the ambiance is lively but not overwhelming. Bar area is great, but if you want some privacy or a corner to tuck away into, they have that as well. My Albacore Tuna Melt was really good, not overly mayo'd and the buttered and griddled wheat bread was fantastic. Fries were also very good. Great cocktail selection as well as a pretty solid beer list. Great place for a date night but also fun for groups.“
