“Amy was the most accommodating waitress. So down to earth. She suggested great menu choices.White pizza was cooked to perfection. The chef salad was sooo fresh!! Parmesan peppercorn dressing was delicious. My Cabernet was a perfect pairing. Will be back again and again!Try it,please!“
“I used to work in a pizza place just like that when I was young. Boy did those memories come back. I loved the smell of the place, the pizza cooking, olive oil, garlic and all of that combined reminded me of the place where I used to work. I was very surprised how good the food was. I eat gluten free because I have to and the pizza was really good and the salad was fresh. I was very impressed and will go back.“
“The food is absolutely incredible! We had the spinach and artichoke dip to start , which was the best I’ve ever had. Then for entrees we had penne ala vodka with meatballs, and a turkey club with waffle fries. Everything was so tasty and fresh! The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home!“
“We were married at Georgina’s this past month and wanted to share how incredible our experience was. We had to move our ceremony inside due to weather. 40 minutes prior, there was no rain and Harold and the team started setting up for an outside ceremony, only for it to start sprinkling 5 minutes before the guest came, pushing the ceremony inside. We had a large (and loud) bridal party with a ton of kids. Harold was able to manage all of them and get them out in order and on time. Harold went along with any idea I had and made the night as perfect as could be. We could not recommend a better venue and coordinator. After stepping in the Grand ballroom, we knew our wedding would be perfect. So glad we trusted Harold and the team. He even packed up cake for us for when we got back to the hotel.“
“Solid across the board but it won't blow your mind. The sarsaparilla root beer was an interesting beverage that tasted closer to a life saver than traditional root beer. The fried mozzarella was crispy, salty, fresh, and flavorful. A solid 7.1/10. The burrata margherita pizza was most delightful when eating bites with the burrata, was very tomato sauce forward and on the sweeter side, with a solid crust. Nothing mind blowing here, but you could do a lot worse. 6.5/10. The calzone w/ meatballs benefited from the solid dough used in the pizza and the ricotta was very smooth and light (like it was whipped) and the other cheese was nice, but the meatballs had a strong anise flavor which really dragged down the dish. Even removing the meatballs from the scoring, it would be a 6/10 at best. Meatballs were a 1/10. All together, you won't be disappointed by the food but there is definitely room for improvement both on some major objective fronts and on the margins.Would recommend coming prior to 6pm on a Saturday. We were here around 5:15pm and had no wait and a small crowd. By 6pm the restaurant had a wait.“
“Hi, y'all! I just wanted to leave an honest review and tbh tl:dr please order or dine in this over the top establishment if you haven't done so already and if you have and weren't too savvy please give them another go.We moved here not so long ago and have been relying on Doordash for most of our lost track of time late night meals with reno and whatnot... Mario's is the only place in town to be guaranteed flavorful ( I come from a P.R./Italian house hold so iykyk), hot and I mean steaming, quality and quantity beyond expectations and fast delivery.. dare I start on customer service and the quality of it ? Chefs kisses all around! I have never been happier from their pasta dishes to the salads with the house dressings.. the pizza, discriptions do not do them justice!! I have always been drawn to Somers even in my youth, and I am proud to be able to call this town home and hold onto such a high caliber of a community it has. 10/10, will order again and again. I want to thank the staff, management, and owners for always delivering 120% in all fields and will continue to be a reoccurring customer! A special shout out to the delivery drivers that weather the roads when we request and always have a smile on!“
“My wife and I have been going here for a few months now. Let me tell you frank and his staff are tops! The pizza is great. We always look forward to our weekend pizza from Frankie’s. If we could give 10 stars we would! Thanks frank for an awesome pizza. We appreciate your hard work and dedication. See you at 11:30“
“I cant say enough good things about Craft Pizza, I've been a customer since I moved here in September and they have never disappointed. They go above and beyond, tonight I accidentally ordered a full pepperoni pizza instead of half cheese half pepperoni. When they called to check in, the pizza had already been made...and they went as far as to make me a small cheese for my vegetarian sister. They are so incredibly kind and make amazing food. Thank you!! <3“
“We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. I’ve worked in foodservice delivery and have always viewed restaurants from back of house which influenced my decision to eat there. I recommend Marks and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“Lifelong resident of Enfield (50+ years). Until today, I didn't know Rinaldi's was still in business! Haven't had their food since I was kid. A friend had a delivery today for our luncheon. WOW! Those pizzas were delicious! We had the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pizza & Steak Lovers! I'll be ordering from them soon!“
“Amazing food! I ordered a burrito bowl with grilled chicken and it was phenomenal. My Fiance ordered a Guatemalan sandwich and loved it. The Sweet Plaintains were delicious. We took a pizza to go. The service was great! Please keep going to this restaurant to keep it open as these are hard working people with a great product! I would highly reccomend this restaurant!“
“Just tried it first time last night and pizza is good, better than most in Manchester. Will be backUpdate:2nd visit, they have one of the best Philly cheesesteak grinders I've ever had in ct. New favorite spot for Philly cheesesteak.Prices are fair, average for the area.“
“I've only had one pizza which was great and several cheese burgers which are off the wall good. They use a fresh beef patty not frozen. Clean, staff are great. Every order has been made as requested. They do mostly take out but there is seating.“
“"When the promise is broken, you go on living But it steals something from down in your soul" (Bruce Springsteen) If the name of your business promises "Giant Grinders", well you better damn deliver on that promise, right? You'll get no broken promises from CJ's Pizza and Giant Grinders, because their grinders sure do deliver on your expectations. They have 25 different grinders that truly are GIANT and sold in half ($9ish) or whole ($17-$19ish) sizes. Grinders are served with Lettuce, Tomatoes and Cheese, with Peppers and Onions by request. I stopped by for two "half sized" grinders yesterday, a Giant Ham and Provolone with lettuce, tomato, and onions, and an equally Giant Italian Combo with lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, and jalapenos. The portions were huge. The half grinders are quite big and are piled very high with the goods, so a half of the half will be enough for a great meal. Our two sandwiches ran around $23 after the extras and tax, but we are getting 4 meals out of that $23. They also sell pizzas and some very nice salad varieties and pasta dinners with sausage and meatballs. It's a very nice old school pizza/grinder joint and the folks I interacted with were super friendly and welcoming.“
“Love going to this well-established neighborhood bar/Italian restaurant. I live fairly close by. I treat myself once or twice a month here. I absolutely love the service, food and portion size. I eat my meal, and always have a take out portion for two more meals. The booths are roomy, and don't get me started on how good the mini baguette rolls are. Readers GO HERE. The bar side is always HOPPING! I may sit in there next time. Watch out!“
“Love Fazios Pizza! Restaurant is clean, plenty of seating, friendly staff and most importantly delicious food at a great price. We have tried pizza as well as Italian dishes and all were excellent. I highly recommendVegetarian options: I am not vegetarian so did not look for thatParking: Large free parking lotKid-friendliness: Offer a kids menu, don't mind kids talking or asking questions.“
“This restaurant kept going all through covid and was a lifeline for my family with good food at a time that was very stressful. They earned my continued business because of their faithful service to the community despite challenges. Most of my orders with them have been to go so I can't comment on the service per se. But the times I have been there the service was prompt and enjoyable. Personal size veggie pizza is my favorite.“
“Excellent food.Great service. With 4.6 ⭐service they should be doing DoorDash because they need to get their food out there. The food's way too good for this place to be thii empty.❤️???I really wish they did delivery because I'd probably be ordering weekly.Vegetarian options: Willing to work with what they have.Wheelchair accessibility: Two doors with ground level entrance.“
“Wonderful food! The amount of food for the price surprised me. My delivery bag seemed too heavy to just be what I ordered but it was. Penne Alfredo with broccoli w/ side salad, came with fresh baked garlic bread (I’m told they make their own bread), and a side (or what I think was an entire meal) of sweet potato fries. I will definitely be ordering again. Estimated delivery time was on point.“
“The pizza is the best pizza in town… if they are open/answering their phones. The past few times I’ve tried to order pizza they have been MIA despite being open. You also can’t leave a tip with your card, unlike everywhere else… Again, if you can get a pizza from them, it’s gonna be good.“
“This is the only restaurant I have found in the area where the food is consistently good.I have never had a bad meal and I'm a very picky person. Jessica, the waitress is the nicest person and is always happy and in a good mood every time I visit. My favorite is the Market Salad, Grilled Chicken and the Cannoli! I come here once a week for those specific things and it's always on point!“
“Brought my wife here to experience her first east coast pizza. We had Lilly as a server who was also training another server named Curtis. Both were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The staff in the back is really on top of quality control. They sent out one pie that they said wasn’t up to their standards, and without us even saying anything, they had already started on a second pie. That’s true service and quality control. Great experience and food. The crust was slightly floppier than normal, but I think that’s our fault because we loaded it with too many toppings.“
“This was our first time trying Alexia's. We ordered a plain, cheese pizza, and it was excellent. The sauce was tasty, full of flavor, without being too sweet or too acidic. The crust was wonderfully crisp, without being charred. I'm not an expert by any means, but I would describe the pizza as "Detroit style." The staff were very friendly. Gluten-free is available as well.“
“We had been looking for a place for lunch or dinner that was local and not a chain. Been driving by it for years and finally checked it out. The decor is a little dated so if classier atmosphere is what you're looking for go elsewhere. If you want well prepared italien food, larger portions, reasonable prices, friendly, efficient waitstaff and in a warm, family familiar setting....you have arrived!“
“It's not entertaining or sporting the restaurant dining experience but by all means my first time there I got a meatball grinder from there and I might have to say it was one of the best I've ever had . I'll return to check out the pizza next time .So for this review i recommend grabbing a meatball sub from this place if you are in the area“
“So my family gets grinders from this place all the time and pizza too. This time, though, I got the small calzone just to try it out... HOLY COW!!! this thing was the size of large ones at other places and not to mention, delicious beyond and then some lol. Amazing through and through.Parking: The only thing that would change that and make it a tad hard to find parking is if it was really really busy. Even though should be able to find parking easily still.“
“I get pizza here probably once a week. It's Greek style, very delicious and people are nice here. Their fried chicken dinner is amazing! The zing wings are great, especially with the zing hot sauce (ask for it!). It's a pizza restaurant with great options for entrees, apps and grinders as well. Family owned business. Ambiance is a casual pizza restaurant. They have a private room for private events as well. I had a birthday party for my son there once. It was great. Parking gets a little hectic when they're busy.“
“My daughter took me here a few times....I got the meatball sub. I am reediting my post here because I was very disappointed. I got the sub each time because the roll was the perfect size. Not too bready....and full size smaller meatballs that were whole that fit the sub perfectly. I went last night for the first time in a while and was so looking forward to it. I was very disappointed. They changed to roll.... too much bread and the meatballs were a little bigger but cut in half. Not happy whatsoever. I will not be coming back.“
“I absolutely love Vernon Pizza! Every single person is always friendly on the phone and in person, even when they're clearly very busy. The food is always hot and delicious. Love the chicken bacon cheddar wranch wrap, philly wrap, salads are huge and great, wings are awesome and did I mention the pizza rocks too?“
“Perfect little New England spot, just ate there yesterday! The pizza was absolutely amazing, it had a thin, crunchy crust, loads of toppings and was served piping hot within 15 minutes of stepping into the place, and the personal pizza was the size of a regular small at least, it was split between two people and that was plenty. The staff is super friendly and patient, and the atmosphere was really cozy. The place was also clean, and comfortable. I wanted to order another pie!Antonio's is our favorite spot, can't wait to go again. 5 stars all the way.“
“Last night my husband and I dined at Grapevine Pizzaria and Restaurant on Maple Rd in Longmeadow. We've gotten plenty of pizzas from there in our 4 months since moving here, but this was our first time eating there and it was jammed!!! That tells me that the food is good, with so many people willing to wait for a table. We chose to sit at the bar for our meal because I was starving ? and I'm so glad we did! I got to witness the level of professionalism with the staff in dealing with the constant stream of customers waiting for a table, the constant stream of customers picking up their take out orders and the constant ringing of the phone for customers placing orders.Every person that I saw working there always had a smile on their face, were kind and helpful to everyone, engaged in easy conversation and made every person there feel as if they were the most important person there. I overheard one worker say that she had been there since 9:30am (nearing a 10 hour shift at that point). She chatted easily with customers, joked with them about their orders and, I kid you not when I say she answered the phone with a smile on her face every single time!I'm gushing here because I was just so impressed with the staff there. If they were stressed because it was so busy, I certainly didn't see it!Also, the food was REALLY good too ?“
“While they aren't perfect and their pizza tends to be too salty/sodium heavy for whatever reason, it is some of the best pizza and Italian food in town. Period. I never have anything from here that I don't love.I first discovered them in Newington and West hartford, where they began when I lived in that area. When I moved back to Manchester and they put a spot here, I was ecstatic. The ingredients are fresh and made to order, and everything is well seasoned. They know how to make a solid white pie and calzone and season their ricotta/cheese blend. My only issue is that the grinders are only 12 inches rather than a 16-inch option. I'd like to see them offer that. The fried mozzarella is tasty but small for what they charge. But these are nitpicking. They also do the best Detroit style pie in town. Overall, I highly recommend it. They just need to curb the sodium in the pies a bit.“
“If you're looking for a Pub with everything you're looking for in a pub plus a huge dining room and a great menu, you need to check out Jimmy's Pub. Not only a huge bar with tons of great taps and cocktails, a friendly group of regulars, and a sound system playing great songs, here is where you want to go. Pizza, unique and classic appetizers, and entrees that most pubs I've been to don't offer. I started with the Mexican Street corn dip with warm tortilla chips that made me feel I was on a Cancun beach at sunset, so very tasty. Next I had a pastrami rueben burger, it was perfect, it came with crispy beer battered fries, the best. I ordered a medium burger and unlike many, it was cooked medium, slightly pink, huge and juicy, plus, Swiss, pastrami, thousands islands, and cole slaw, I added mustard. I can't believe how fast I ate it, it was a magnet to my mouth. Juicy tasty perfection. When you get a chance, stop in for lunch or dinner and have a great experience like I did.“
“The staff are all pleasant. Pizza and boneless wings are good. Chicken parm was my favorite but they recently changed the sauce, not a fan now. I feel like there food is going down hill a little.. maybe new cook or food supplier.. grinders have always been on the skimpy side though. When I ordered last week everything was slightly different than it used to be a short time ago. Hopefully they make a comeback.“
“So it's a bit of a throwback to roadside bars of the 80sSimple sparse seating. Large ish u shaped bar to one side. Several TVs but most of the space is dedicated to a dance floor for live music. The service was ok,the food was above average well made but uninspired. A basic quick bite or stop for a drink that is well priced but simple.“
“We come here about once a month to meet family. For such a large menu, the food is better than you'd expect and VERY reasonably priced, especially for lunch. I typically get either a wrap or pasta dish and both are good. Service is good. They can also accommodate larger parties which is helpful.“
“Great pizza! The service is fast and the staff are very nice. I gave it a 3 for atmosphere only because there is limited seating inside and it is a very plain environment. The place is very clean, just small. I would highly recommend Bella pizza for take-out or dining in!“
“Went for the first time and I had the fish and chips dinner! It was great, lightly bettered and cooked well. My wife had the fried calamari dinner. Again it was fresh and tasty. They give lots of food and the price is right!! Will definitely go back!!“
“1st time here. We absolutely loved it! I would order the Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo over & over again. David said the same with the Garlic & Parm Boneless Wings. And that Chocolate Mousse Cake...WOW! And of course, who doesn't love mozzarella sticks? We'll definitely be back to try other dishes and of course the pizza!“
“Family owned business that works hard to cater to their customers. If I need an item customized, they are happy to accommodate. The chicken alfredo pasta is one of the best I've ever had, and I'm hooked. Excellent quesadillas! Fair prices and quick service.“
“Been here many times and finally decided to review. I love the classic mom and pop feel this place offers and the made-to-order feel, and homemade taste. This place is small town Italian restaurant feel, laid back, and old school in the best way. It is not for those who like updated, pretentious, fancy chains who pretend to be authentic.“
“Great value for the money. Portion sizes when it comes to slices are larger than most other pizza joints. Flavors are on point. My three year old loves the cheese slices and totally eats 2 slices on Fridays as a treat after a whole week of eating regular food. I love that I can get what toppings I want on my slices. Great joint, unpretentious, consistent with great hours. Parking is my only concern as there is not an abundance of it.“
“Good consistent pizzeria.I love this place but... I cant order the steak and cheese anymore. The last two times the flavor is just off for meat and cheese. I don't know if it's roast beef or shredded steak but it's seasoned terribly for the purpose. I used to love ordering the steak n cheese grinders here. Bummed.Pizza is always on point!“
“Gentleman that took my order was pleasant and just enjoyed his job. I also seen they won best Hartford pizza 2023 which in my opinion is well deserved, I got a slice and hands down the best slice I've had this year and I ea alot of pizzaParking: Plenty of space“
“Best pizza in Enfield hands down! My favorite pizza is their BLT or buffalo chicken both so delicious! However, if you're feeling like just a classic cheese, pizza or pepperoni, you will not be disappointed. It's always so good!! Danny's home made Italian bread is Phenomenal!!!The staff is always so friendly, patient, and accommodating. It could use a little bit of an update refresher inside but I don't think anybody cares because the food in service is so good!Kid-friendliness: They are super kid friendly. They give them crayons and coloring papers and then they give them a gummy pizza before they leave. Nobody seems to mind children being children there.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is open and accessible. They also have a ramp leading into the restaurant.“
“Always fresh. Sandwiches are our usual but the pizza is solid and the homemade ice cream is delish af.Always ready when they say. Oh yeah and their deviled eggs are a winner as well as their salads. The staff is always on point.Getcha pull!!!“
