“Best Chinese food in Western Ma.I order ahead and have to drive 30 minutes , the order is always ready and employees friendly !! Won't go anywhere else since my son turned me onto to my NEW favorite Chinese take out !!!Parking: Never a problem finding a parking space.Very large lot and you can always find a space pretty close to the entrance!”
“Don't get avocado and mayo together. I literally had it all over my face, my hands, and the top of the dress I had on. I was really hoping for slices or I wouldn't have asked.”
“Best pizza in Western Massachusetts! I drive 40 mins round trip from Westfield to come get it once or twice a month. Nothing else in this area even comes close! It's been consistently the same great taste for 30 years!”
“Well, every drink is different every time I order it, which is a blessing and a curse. Most Dunkin locations are like that, though, in my experience. This is my Dunkin though and I feel that warmth.”
“My wife and I came here for Valentine’s Day and it was a fun experience! I ordered squid for my appetizer and it was by far the highlight of the meal. The chicken I had was bland and boring, but the squid and service made up for that. We used a gift card but I would come back to try again.”
“We came to the Crave Cafe for date night tonight. When we first walked in, we thought that this place was really awesome. The food selection and the service was simply amazing. We will most definitely be coming back. A big thank you goes out to the staff at Crave Cafe.”
“I love the ambiance of the cafe, such a warm and an inviting space. The service is wonderful, they truly make you feel at home. And food is such high quality, personally I love the croissants.”
“What can I say, I've been going here for over a decade and I love this place! The staff are very friendly. The eating area is clean, tables, floors, and walls are natural wood which gives it a really nice feeling. A lot of antiques hang from the ceiling and there are beautiful murals on the walls. Bathrooms are clean. My only pet peeve, I wish they would clean that beautiful big mirror behind the bar. Years ago I watched the staff removing the liquor bottles, wiping them off and cleaning the mirror. It has a nice sparkle when it's clean. It's usually one of the first things I notice when I come in and lately it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since. Lol It has a grimy look to it. But I'm not eating off the mirrors so I can live with it.It's located downtown. The theme of the restaurant is of course New Orleans, Southern, and jazzy. The only issue can sometimes be parking. Especially after the pandemic when they removed some of the parking spaces for outdoor dining. You have to find metered parking on the streets. There is a parking lot next door but it's too expensive. I normally find parking because I avoid rush hour and busy weekends. Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous and priced well.Normally, you are greeted at the door. After they seat you, they offer a bowl of fresh popcorn. The food is excellent! Very very rarely have I had an issue with my food but if you do have an issue, let them know right away. They will quickly rectify the issue and replace the item. I've tried almost everything on the menu. Lol My favorite, in a nutshell, are the slow-cooked ribs and the brisket. The brisket I usually need to smother in barbecue sauce though because sometimes it's a little too dry. Their barbecue sauces are amazing and homemade. My favorite is their bourbon sauce. Their BBQ smoked burger is amazing! The cheese is real cheese, leafy green lettuce, crispy fried onions, and BBQ sauce. I don't eat it with mayo or ketchup because I don't think it needs it. It comes with waffle fries but I substitute it for another side. My favorite sides are their collard greens, mashed potatoes, and their cornbread with honey butter. I like their baked beans as well but you can tell the cooks that make them season and cook them differently and don't always follow the same recipes. Sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it's just okay. This is not a big deal. Their desserts are amazing as well. I love their bread pudding. Their alcoholic beverages are great. They have a nice menu selection. They have a stage for live bands, usually for weekends after 9:00 p.m. You can check out their calendar of events on their website and it will list the bands that are performing that weekend. If you can't make it often, try not to miss their Mardi Gras every year in February! I went for my birthday once and tried not to miss it every year since. They have a special New Orleans food and drink menu during Mardi Gras and an excellent band playing. Staff are super prompt with your food and very friendly. I have been to New Orleans and it gives me the exact same vibe as the big easy. Some of the underground bars there very are similar and really laid back. This is and will probably always be one of my favorite places to go in the city. It is truly a gem.”
“bNapoli is one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in the area. We have visited the restaurant twice, and both times have been exceptional, from service to food quality. If you ever can dine here, I 100% recommend you do! It's an excellent atmosphere for a date night or meeting with friends. We highly recommend all the dishes we have tried: Veal Bolognese, Salt-Brick Chicken, Margherita Pizza, and Ricotta Gnocchi. For dessert: Lemon Curd Brulee, Triple Cioccolato di Mousse, and Budino di Caffe. Lastly, the bread they bring you at the start is delicious! If you are up for an appetizer, we recommend the Truffle Fries.”
“My new favorite restaurant! Went to Waxwing for the first time tonight. We shared the oysters, green salad, pasta Bolognese and Fluke special, chocolate torte, butterscotch pot de creme Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Great craft cocktail options and wine. The atmosphere was very intimate, the music was great, the service was exceptional. Did I say the service was exceptional? We felt very attended to from the minute we walked through the door. Very welcoming.”
“Where do I start, forget about eating at fried chicken places in the area the crispy fried chicken cutlets are on a different league. Family run business and an amazing family that are always welcoming and very hospitable. Highly recommended!!!!!!Dietary restrictions: Halal, Vegan and vegetarian”
“Loved the food! Really good quality ingredients, lots of options, good hot beverages too, good customer service. All combines for a great experience don't sleep on this place definitely a must go. Thanks!”
“Wild Chestnut is a go to for some of the best vegan food in the area! We always bring non-vegan friends and family here and they consistently say it's their favorite! Highly recommend the wild chickpea sandwich. They do usually have a few gluten free options as well!Vegetarian options: All vegan!Dietary restrictions: All vegan, dairy free and egg free with some gluten free options.Kid-friendliness: Comfortable seating, casual atmosphere, usually lots of kids.”
“Incredibly delicious Middle Eastern food - the best I’ve had outside the Middle East. Loved the staff! They had me smiling wide. Generous portions, great price, great atmosphere, perfect for a quick bite.Dietary restrictions: Easy to get a gluten free or vegan option”
“This is a true gem in the Springfield area. The eastern European dishes are terrific. We loved the Pelmeni Dumplings ... the pasta was light and the chicken stuffing so flavorful. Our favorite was the Khachapuri. It's literally one of the tastiest breads I've ever had, truly outstandingly delicious. You can taste the scallions and the cheese filling was light and fluffy. We split a sweet dessert crepe stuffed with cheese and chocolate. We ate every bit and loved the dessert. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Springfield. The service was good. A nice sweet young woman took care of us. The ambiance is also nice but it's the food that shines!”
“While visiting town for a wedding, I was at another establishment that referred me to The Green Room saying it was a 'prohibition style speakeasy' and a 'whisky bar.'Once I arrived, I struggled to find the connection between The Green Room and any speakeasy I've been to. The door is well marked on a side street, the walls are straight painted drywall, and the décor, nothing prohibition style. It was nice and welcoming, but not what i expected. The bar... they did have a fairly good whisky menu. In addition, the bartenders were friendly to talk to and we're willing to chat a little and come up with a creative, crafty cocktail to suite the occasion.Although not prohibition or speakeasy in my book, this was still a great place for a cocktail that anyone reading this should checkout!”
“Wooowww! All dishes which we ordered were very tasty. Served very hot and perfect in quantity. Tandoori, fish pakora, Samosa chat,Naans were highlighted dishes. Enjoy your food anytime here!”
“I have tried various Puerto Rican restaurants and have been disappointed with the quality of the food. The food is often under-seasoned and bland. I met a friend here last night for dinner. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners. I got the tostones, the chicken and vegetables which came with beans and rice and the flan. I was blown away by the quality of the food. It was nicely seasoned and very flavorful. Their flan is to do die for. If you want to try PR food for the first time, this is the place. I was told that only three people cook here - the father, the mother, and the son so the food is consistent every time you come. The food prices are very reasonable and you will not leave hungry. Only disappointment is that the roast pork is only available on Friday and Saturday. As we were told, it will give us an excuse to come back! And yes, we will!”
“You go in and the first thing that you see is a big smile, and them welcoming you. Every since I got a job near them they havent failed to make me smile, feel comfortable and make me and my tummy happy, LOL. they are great, their food is great. Is so good that i am slowly going through their menu almost every day. NExt time ill have to taste their oatmeal cuz according to the doordash reviews is on their top 5 meal as number 2 with the mangu being number 1. Yall should go. is it good, delicious and the price is my fav thing. I have nothing bad to say but all good things.”
“Awesome as usual! My wife and I really enjoy the excellent food here, the exceptional staff and atmosphere. Highly recommend Alina's for a perfect night out for dinner.”
“Super yummy appetizers and the pizza was amazing! Can't wait to come back again to try some other stuff! Server was attentive and food came out hot and delicious!”
“I love this bakery so much! Once upon a time I went, and there was this nice young boy there, he was very tall. God willing I hope to go back again and get his number.”
“Our first visit here yesterday and we were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the meals, the pleasantness of the ambience, and the responsiveness of the service. We had the house salad and the buttermilk chicken. Both were very well prepared and tasty. We look forward to dining here again.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp to get inside and ample space among tables.”
“Great spot for late night food, watching sports on the large televisions throughout the venue. The music was okay and MUCH too loud-felt there could have been more variety. The service was impeccable as 2 different servers made sure we didn't want for anything!BOTH checked in to see how the food was as we were eating versus waiting until the end, which was much appreciated. We ordered the Eggroll Flight and the Triple Crown, both of which had generous portions to where we had to take the rest with us.We will DEFINITELY be back!”
“100% my favorite place to grab a burger. For me, it’s perfection. The cheesy fried potatoes are a must, too. For dessert you have to get the black bottom maple pie. I’m not even a pie guy, but this pie…let me tell you! Just writing this review is making me hungry.”
“Best burritos in Westfield! The restaurant is very vibrant and welcoming, I love that they feature local art on their walls. They're extremely nice and friendly, the customer service is a 10/10. Would definitely suggest the cauliflower curry burrito if it's on special.”
“Great ole school breakfast place! If you don’t wanna wait, you can go somewhere else. It’s very friendly and good atmosphere. Nothing fancy but just great vibes. Busy but seems like everyone knows everyone and been there for a while. I’m still a newbie to restaurant. But I enjoy how they run the restaurant. Price is very fair consider what it is these days. I love their specials every time I go. Happy belly and happy wallet! Thank you for what you do!!!”
“Fantastic food and lovely people! Recommendation: play traditional Syrian music and put a couple more things on the walls to provide some atmosphere and conviviality. Highest ratings for food and service. The quality is superb.”
“I’m sorry, WHAT?! This is not only the best coffee in Western Massachusetts, but some of the best coffee I’ve had anywhere in the US (even after living in Seattle for five years). This is their only US location, but they are all over Europe and the Middle East, and they make coffee exactly the way you’d have it in Europe. Don’t let the outside appearance fool you. This is one in a million. Fantastic breakfast, too!”
